The food is superbly delicious!! We’re visiting from out of town looking for something good and tasty, read the reviews and said let’s go. The Beef Stew is so flavorful…I will be dreaming of this as well as all the items we tasted!!
Dan Diego’s will be my regular spot when I’m in town visiting my son. This take on shepherd’s pie was warm, hearty and delicious. Their rotating beer selection was excellent and I took the recommendation of our server and had the witbier - a great pairing.
Phenomenal Food! Proper Beer Selection! Awesome Staff. The Party Melt was Divine. Deep Bold Flavors. Perfectly Toasted bread. Good Amount of cheese, but not too much cheese. Lots 9f Onions & a smear or horseradish for good measure. Good Sized Portions. Huge choice of side options!
We sat at the bar, the bartender lady never acknowledged me or my companion, and I said this because we were sitting there for minutes, then 2 guys show up and she went and help them right away. We ask another waitress for help, that happened to go inside the bar, she took our order (never look at our eyes & said she will put the order and no more because she already had clock out) We had to ask waitress Sara for assistance, she was at entrance and went inside the bar to make our drinks and finish helping us with anything we needed she was very polite and attentive, aswell as the blonde tall busboy. Food was delicious and fresh. My Beet salad made me forget how those 2 girls show their racism and how they made me feel. I do want to thank and acknowledge Sara for her professionalism wonderful service and sweet smile.
Excellent, friendly, warm family owned restaurant. My family have been coming for brunch and dinner since 2015. The food and drink quality have remained excellent over the years. We love the outdoor deck with spacious booths and heaters. All staff are friendly and helpful

It breaks my heart to write this. We have been coming here since they opened years ago and have enjoyed every visit except for our last 2. We had 3 people in our party and were seated right away. We ordered and were have a lovely time. One of our party kept asking for extra gravy, which did not happen for quite a while. My fried chicken was delivered to me burnt, and upon tasting it, was just awful. It tasted and smelled of old oil and very overcooked chicken. So I did speak with the server and sent it back. It should never have been plated, let alone served. The server even acknowledged that it didn't look right (it was blackened). When our server came back, I did order a roast beef sandwich. After some time, a plate with a heap of roast beef was delivered to our table. I did tell the server that I had ordered the sandwich. So it was removed from the table. Eventually, a roast beef sandwich was delivered. I tried it and had everyone else try it. The sandwich was horribly dry and did not have any more than a minimum of gravy on it. It ate half of it. We all agreed this was not a good night at Dan Diego's. As we received our check, it was noticed that the fried chicken had not been removed from the bill. We pointed this out to our server, who was actually very nice. The check was being handled by someone that worked in the kitchen. Our server told her to remove the chicken dinner, then came over and told us that the other woman would not have removed the charred remains unless told to do so. This was a series of customer service failures. A malfunctioning printer was blamed for all of these issues. Tonight, plus our bad experience on St Patrick's Day ( we were waiting out front to put our names on a waiting list when we were told that they weren't even going to be taking any more names, leaving all of the guests waiting in limbo) will have us looking elsewhere from now on.
Tried the beef stew and fish and chips. Both very good. Fish was tender and juicy, served with steak fries.
You gotta come here! Great hidden gem with amazing food and awesome prices for beers/liquors. If they're serving the chicken pot pie soup you have to get it. Everything we had was amazing and I'll be making this a regular.
We stopped in because we seen the banner "voted best fish and chips".Parking on street and a few spots in lot.Sat outside on deck. It was a beautiful day. Plenty of seating inside. Staff is extremely friendly, very happy. Started with loaded fries, which should have been enough for the two of us, but we just had to order the fish and chips. The cod fish and chips were hot but just a little greasy. Would go back.
