I came here for ice cream and will be returning for the staff. They were all so kind and genuine!
Came here after lunch and got a chocolate shake! My friend got the brownie blizzard. They were so delicious and the ladies working here were so sweet to use! Will definitely be back!!

The service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was super friendly, professional and efficient. Mario and Cristina were incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. It’s the kind of place that caters to the needs of their customers. My cousin and I came with her kids and they made sure to give extra sprinkles with our order and offered some vanilla ice cream to my dog. We watched several other customers come who were treated with the same attention. Thank you guys so much.
This Dairy Queen is above all others! The employees are hands down the happiest and nicest servers that make your visit here extra special!
Service was probably the best I've had at any Dairy Queen I've been to. My wife and I brought our toddler and she was smiling and laughing with the awesome staff. I've moved away from Carmel Mountain, but anytime I pass by, I wouldn't mind stopping in and supporting this DQ.
Probably the best customer service anyone could get at any DQ. The lady at the counter was friendly, attentive and welcoming. She knew names of people in the line behind us and even remembered their usual order. The service was quick and the guy making the blizzard and handing over was equally nice. You get ice cream and you feel good: what's not to like at this DQ?
LOVE this DQ. The reason is the owners! Always in the store, friendly and so kind. That is everything today. Their product is constantly delicious also! This store is truly what any corporation wants in terms of face of the company. Friendly, smiling, helpful and always kind.
