Great atmosphere, great service. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the fact that the potatoes (on all of our orders) were cold. As was the scrambled eggs on one order. I did tell our waitresses, who was very receptive and said she'd pass it on to the kitchen staff. I'm willing to give them another try, as I said, the food was good!

The bread was good. The problem is they used canned apples. They should have used fresh. Our they could have at least cut the apples into chunks and mixed with cinnamon and sugar and heated it. They just dumped the apples right out of the can.

Thought we’d venture out of the hotel restaurant but made a bad choice on location. Food was just ok, my daughter had chocolate chip pancakes and only had a few bites. Service was absolutely terrible…should’ve been self service as many times as we had to walk up and ask for refills. Also made us late to our next destination because we were never checked on to pay out.

All around AMAZING. Extremely convenient and located right in hotel circle. They've got free delivery as well! Very extensive menu, but breakfast ends at 2 and dinner doesn't start until 4 so you're limited with what you can order.Clean, minimalist and aesthetic restaurant with kind staff. The price is very reasonable, especially considering how BIG the portion sizes are. Food was delicious and the presentation was great too (see attached pictures- we got the crust sandwich and the crust burger). We'll definitely be ordering again during our stay in San Diego ?

A couple of burgers with fries... The burgers were better than some restaurants having Gordon frozen food patties, these seemed to be fresher ground and seems like home cooking texture but not the best beef we've ever had. The bun had a slightly hard crust with inside medium /rough texture not fluffy soft nor sourdough rough/chewy. The fries were particularly crunchy outer as if egg batter dipped so an unusual and different variation not your standard fresh fried frozen. Now the service was a tad slow but not snail, they may have been understaffed or had several carryout orders in play.Is the burger gourmet or even high end fast food (Culvers or Steak n Shake) no but not Hardees/Carls either.Ok is good not great

Was a pretty nice little place. We ate close to close so I would say it was nice. The service was nice and pretty attentive despite the time. The food was good as well. Would recommend for a nice place to eat.

I ate takeout from here twice during my 6 day stay in San Diego. It was very close to my hotel so I checked it out as soon as I got checked in around 8 pm. The staff is so sweet and the food is delicious!! I got chicken Alfredo the 1st night and while waiting I saw a family enjoying pizza. I called in an order for pizza on my last night of my solo vacation and picked it up right on time. Seriously the best pizza I've ever had! One of the best parts of my trip to watch my son graduate MCRD!!

The ambiance was great and most importantly the food and service was amazing. The shrimp and fries were seasoned to perfection!! The Baja salad dressing was light yet still flavorful. Great casual place to enjoy!!

We ate here on Sunday - yes, a Sunday - because it was hard to find any place without a very long wait time. Our food was good, but I felt very sorry for the person I am assuming is the manager. There was one waitress there for the entire large restaurant. I am guessing there are >12 tables there. There were plenty of people working in the kitchen part but the front end had a hostess, the manager, and 1 waitress. And I am assuming that Sundays are busy days for them - at least most of the restaurants were very busy on Sunday morning! So service was very slow. We waited a very long time to get our drinks - the hostess said our waitress would be "right there" - only we never saw the waitress! And the manager did apologize for the wait; after a while he brought out our pizza and said he expediated the order because we had to wait so long, but daughter and grandson still had to wait awhile to get their pancakes and breakfast sandwich. Must be very popular with locals because the manager appeared to know many of his clientele. Husband and I had pizza because the smell was so overwhelmingly good. But you truly have to LOVE garlic. And I do love garlic. But this pizza had too much garlic even for me. We could not finish the medium pizza (they only have medium and large). I saw other plates of their waffle combos and the serving sizes were HUGE).

Service was ok… food was delicious. Went for breakfast it was great then went during dinner and that’s when I waited almost 20 minutes for ranch and the rest of my meal. The staff was frustrated because it was busy so we left and didn’t even bother getting dessert.
