This was my first time here and it was awesome!! The food was so delicious and the service was great.I ordered a dozen raw half shell oysters and a pound of head on boild shrimp with Old Bay seasoning extra spicy! The oysters were okay, the shrimp was so tasty! I highly recommend extra spicy. It isn't too spicy. I love that you get bibs and gloves and can crack everything right on the table. The fries were tasty and I got to try my stepdad's calamari which was cooked really well. Parking was easy and you have to walk into the mall to get inside.
I came on a Thursday around 8pm the food was so good! I could taste the flavors in every bite !!! My mouth is watering just thinking about. The spicy is spicy! But not to spicy to the point where you can’t enjoy it, I did have to take breaks but I could not stop eating! The food wasn’t crazy over priced and serving sizes where great!
I like this place, the staff is super friendly and the food is good. I did an online order today and they forgot the order of eggs and extra potatoes is my only complaint. Still willing to give them another chance as I enjoy their crab boil and like having one close to my area!
Last year, I came for my birthday, everything was amazing. Now, let's fast forward to Saturday night. My husband and I stopped by to grab dinner. The food was ok, the service was horrible.We were greeted and told to sit anywhere. At this point, we were waiting on our food. The waitress brings out the boils and asked if we needed anything else. To which I replied, " yes please,paper towel and utensils. I'm form the beach so I really didn't care about utensils; however, it wasn't offered. Next, she brings us ONE set of utensils and grab the paper towel from a table that just left... I look around and notice that EVERYONE HAD A FULL ROLL. that paper towel was covered in fingerprints.. ( this is not exaggerated) I say " can we get a roll that's not covered in crab boil finger prints? ( I mean dm, it's a PANDEMIC outside of being NASTY AS HELL. Kylee responds, " that's how the do it" so, naturally I ask to speak to the Manger, remembering (his isnt about race, only fair sevice)that all other guest has new rolls.The total was 176 dollars and NO ONE EVER ASKED IF WE NEEDED REFILLS OR ANYTHING. Once received the new roll of towels, we were neglected. This yPlease do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.This used to be one of my favs,never agian!No one even apologized

Seafood is actually really good at this place!Their Pub Style sauce extra spicy is my way to go but they give you you choice of how mild or spicy you want.Staff are really nice and always greet you well
What a great meal! We took my dad and sister for lunch for their birthday and it was so good! We shared the king crab and they’re good with serving you what quantity you want (1lb minimum) and their garlic noodles were really good too! Everything was eaten and they got us refills on water, sodas and beers. We will be back and they were friendly and helpful and overall a great experience!
Orders a #2 with an EXTRA LB of clams. I got 1 potato,no sausage,5 shrimps and 5 clams. I even tip'd called to ask it to be fixed. Didn't feel it was what they claimed. Paid $83+$12 (tip) I called spoke to the mngr, only to be be insulted me he also just laughed at me and wanted me to come back up there only to add some shrimp. I live over 15 minutes away so 30+ minutes at 8pm for a CPL more shrimp.. Total crap place. NEVER go there. Horrible Management, horrible food. NOT WORTH THE HYPE?????
Wow, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our server was attentive, and even explained the price discrepancies in the menue upon seating so there was no confusion. We were well taken care of and everything tasted fantastic! All the food was fresh and tasted delicious. We are definitely coming again.
I gave an extra star only because the servers and the rest of the employees were outstanding! I messed up our order by asking for just the seafood and not the combo/bag but they never gave attitude and were quick to correct it.I've been to 5 other crabshack type places like this in the US and this is by far the worst one. (Food wise only)Negative 10 stars because we all got food poisoning and my son was hospitalized.We ordered crab (2 king crab legs) and mussels(almost $80 order). 80% of the mussels were closed and if you're a seafood foodie, you know how much of a health code violation that is but we didn't notice until we got to it. My dad being a dad trying not to waste food, still ate it and rewarded himself with 3 days of toilet time and declining health and bed ridden an extra 2 days.Their "new" garlic noodles were WAAAAY off point. It was fettuccine noodles with reused, microwaved, and then reheated sauce... you know, that somewhat clumped together, somewhat runny.. like in the middle type of old sauce. But I ALWAYS order garlic noodles so I know how they usually are made in these establishments. NOT worth orderingWe ate there about a week and a half ago and yes. We JUST recovered which is why my review is so late. Not worth the $140 dollars (not including our $20+ tip) for 2 meals for 3 people.
