I’ve always enjoyed cold stone. The difference between locations is the customer service. This location has great customer service. The young lady (I don’t remember her name) who helped me was very helpful and made this visit a pleasant one. I was greeted as I entered, and when I exited as well. The ice cream itself was delicious. The store was clean and organized. Thank you for making my visit a good one!

First I want to say that the customer service was superb. Amy and everyone on her team at the store yesterday 11/8/21 were patient, understanding and accommodating. I ordered a custom cake to be delivered to my son for his birthday and chose 6:30pm on the online order form. I received a text at 3:30 pm stating the cake was being picked up by Uber. I went into panic mode because that would mean it would sit outside for 3 hrs !! Sheesh it’s an ice cream cake. So Amy and her crew worked to get the order canceled.I was told to make another order to be delivered close yo the drop off time I wanted. So I did and chose “hand off” as opposed to leave at the door. Well after driving Amy and her crew crazy, the driver ignored the instructions and left the cake at the door. Due to time difference (I am in Georgia) I woke to this pic from my son I am beyond disappointed and out of $50.

I've come here almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, since I discovered this gem. I always get the mango milkshake, although all their flavors are amazing. They have the traditional favorites, along with a more exotic variety. The creamy rose water is incredible, tastes like a rose macaron.
Why put the time outside 10 - 9 and than have it close by 5
