My coworker walked in to get ice cream today at 12:55pm, and the girl working rolled her eyes and huffed. Poor customer service. Hope this gets resolved.
I love my boo ice cream with the works. Bit more in price but friendly services and on the spot putting the ice cream.

They deliver fast but constantly get the order wrong. Then no one picks up the telephone when you call.
They serve the ice cream so warm that it starts melting going out the door. It will make a giant mess if you decide like me to bring your kids.
Friendly and quick ice cream shop with ample, pleasant outdoor seating. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. I'm a big guy and I'm perfectly happy with the like it size (small). I also ordered mine with a waffle cone that came fresh and warm. Great experience and tasty ice cream!
The ice cream was nice! The store looked clean and organized. The employee was in the back when we came in and we waited for a few minutes for her to come out but we just called and she came out front. The store is a bit noisy so it was hard to hear myself yelling so I know it was hard for her to hear me. The employee was okay she did her job but she didn't seem the most enthusiastic about being interrupted and no apologies for the wait. All in all I had a good experience.
No one is answering your phones!!! What is GOING ON?!?! my boyfriend went to go pick up a birthday cake that I spent $55 on and the girl gave him the SMALL cake instead of the LARGE. My boyfriend said she had NO idea what she was doing - and im so upset because I dont have time to go back and get the RIGHT cake, yet no one will pick up the phone (its 5:30PM - they are open)I want a refund ASAP... this is not okay.... this cake will feed maybe 4 people...

This place was seriously hot, it’s a surprise the Ice Cream didn’t turn to soup! What’s up with the lack of AC?! Enjoyed my Cookie Mintster Love It nonetheless.
