I love Coldstone but please for the STAFF - can you be fair in giving the right order for your customer. Ordered for Coffee Lovers Only Mine (take out) and what I get is more of the ice cream and very little of the mix-ins! Very different when I order for delivery. Make it fair whether your customer is White, Black, Hispanic or Asian. You tend not to care depending on the color and race. I get the right order if I do it online maybe because you don't see the person.

I usually love the customer service, don’t get me wrong. But my most recent experience the time my family went, Angelica was not being friendly at all. She was so rude, and gave us bad customer service. No longer want to be served by her again.
It was a hot night in July, my friends and I were craving a milkshake.. Ashley greeted us as we approached the counter and she greeted us with a warm smile. We didn't know what to order and she gave us a brief but detailed description of all the flavors. She made 3 milkshakes so fast and we went on our way!

I went in and I was the only one there. The girl said I’ll be right with you thinking she was actually coming out to help me. Well I waited like 10 minutes I left she never came out, it sounded like she was doing dishes.. very disappointed..

Great ice cream, terrible shakes. Shakes are too watered down or should I say milked down. Won't order that again.
Good old Cold Stone. Only one sorbet, but it was tasty. Friendly staff here. Never a bad time.
