Enjoyed an afternoon iced coffee from this small shop! The individual working there was very friendly and got our drinks to us quickly. I also enjoyed that they showed where they got their beans from. Cool place to check out!
I had the Mexican mocha iced, and my bf had the pistachio honey latte iced- the coffee was really good, the bagels we had were good tooI had the work bagel- scrambled eggs with turkey and provolone cheeseHe had the California bagel with cream cheese avocado cucumber and onion
Friendly service, relaxing environment- especially outside! They have sugar free vanilla, caramel and hazelnut. They sadly didn’t have decaf espresso (I always get half-caf to keep my caffeine intake lower) so I got drip coffee & asked for 1/3 hot water.
I’m staying in Gaslamp for a wedding and this shop lives up to its great reviews! The staff were SUPER welcoming and friendly. The latte was delicious and smooth. The açaí bowl was everything I hoped. I can’t wait to stop by next time I’m in town!
Best coffee in downtown hands down, all coffee beans are roasted in store, all pastries are baked fresh daily. Quality coffee as well as tasty Signature Drinks.
San DiegoIt’s a nice city but still need to face the homeless situation.
This is a tough one. My coffee was 5 stars all the way in terms of flavor, but it was only “warm” by the time I got to my car and had it half consumed it was not even warm. But again, the taste was great. Also, a large is only 16oz and it’s over $6 out the door. Seemed a little steep. But again it was really good. This place had the feel that it was new, or up and coming and for that reason I like to support them. “Cute” places to sit outside and a couple tables inside if that’s more your thing.
The outside space is cute. Nice selection of bakery items. Friendly baristas. However, my coconut milk latte was really sweet. I guess the coconut milk that they are using has bunch of added sugar ?
Don't go to the Starbucks across the the street. Go here. Place was low-key and staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were good for downtown sd. Had the med omelette and the aloha latte. Latte was recommended and it was very good. Smooth and just sweet enough from the milk and coconut in it. Omelette was well made and nice green salad that came with it was fresh and bouncy. Toast could have been crispier but no room for complaint on the quality of the bread alone. Good spot. Perfect to chill with some breakfast and watch the city go by.
Employees are nice and the tea is very delicious ? definitely recommend, they also have electric plugs if you like to bring your laptop and study or work.
