Pros: Great view, decent food, nice staff. Cons: Service was slow and the music was loud.
The waiters work as a team. I really appreciate them keeping an eye out even when I was not their table. A server brought me ice without me asking noticing I was getting some from my water glass for my ice tea. Our server was wonderful and attentive too! The food was good as well, had the fish tacos. Cannot beat the view and outside patio plus their is parking very going verse going to the Star of India side which can be a challenge.
The atmosphere was so fantastic that we barely noticed either the food or the service. Neither was bad, it just didn't matter. We could have been served braised cardboard by Atilla the Hun and still enjoyed the experience because the view as like no other. Great place. We will be back.
Food is no longer innovative, very generic. And they no longer provide a dedicated wine menu...no more great Baja wines. Feels like Debra Scott has been sold out by the Coen machinery. They're just milking the beautiful location. Pathetic.
Costerra receptionist need to be more friendly and cAre for guest. They treat guest very bad. Red people more professional
The food was delicious and the view was unbelievably beautiful.
The food and views were lovely, however, it took over 30 minutes to get a second cocktail order in or even a water refill.
Not what it used to be. They lost their upscale dining edge, from when they started! Presentation of food was messy, piled on to the plate. Food was ok. But not really to hurry back for. Now they turned into a regular Mexican restaurant. Cocktails were still great though. Service still attentive and friendly.
We had a lovely dinner for my friends birthday! I appreciate Coasterra making it extra special.
Food was COLD, meat was all fat. Not worth the price.
