I originally went here for the gluten free reviews and I was NOT disappointed! The brisket chili is to die for! My gluten eating bf even got a bowl to take home after trying mine. He got the wings (not gf) and enjoyed them. I got the old timer burger on a lettuce wrap. They did have an Udi's roll but I opted for the lettuce wrap instead. They took precaution in the kitchen to avoid Cross contamination on the grill and utensils. They even went a step further when I asked them to make two small patties rather than one 7.5 ounce patty (my personal preference). The service was great! The food was amazing. The manager came out and checked on us and our satisfaction several times. The drinks were poured with a heavy hand ???. If I'm ever in the area again, we will absolutely return! Highly recommend. It's a short stroll to the beach to watch the sun set. Shopping next door for souvenirs. Parking can be tricky so come a little early.
We ordered food to go from Coaster Saloon. It’s located across the street from Belmont park. Excellent brisket sandwich that was so tender. We also had the “Kuba” pulled pork sandwich and breaded chicken sandwich. Both were great. The elote as a side was so good. One of my favorite meals while in San Diego.
Didn't have to wait super long time to be seated. Great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of TV's to be able to watch different sports games. They have a great patio area with a projector tv. Burgers were average, the mac'n cheese was good, chicken tenders were huge and the ranch was tasty.
Great atmosphere. Every time I hit Mission Beach I stop in for a hand crafted beer, garbage fries and brisket chilli.

This is a oeefect stop fir a great meal and drink at Mission Beach. It eas my first time eat there. My smoking hit wide and I thoroughly enjoyed the sample meal for two which included pulled pork, BBQ chicken and tri-tip. This meal comes with three sides. We had Mac and cheese, beans and whiskey corn. Everything was delicious and beyond expectations. We highly recommend enjoying your meal here.
Ribs & Brisket Sandwich were good. Sides, so so (street corn, mac & cheese, beans). Great friendly service. Lots of beer selection. Ordered a flight. 4/4oz tastes for $!8 felt a bit steep.
