Oh man I don't even know where the start. We had dinner here last night for a party of 10 and it was amazing! From the vibe, the staff, especially the food itself. The number of people waiting outside after we were done just speak volumes of how much this place is loved!Our family is quite new to Italian cuisine so we had a little anxiety when we were there but Chef Mario made us feel at home. We ordered almost everything on the menu and everyone loved it. My only regret is that I forgot to take pictures since I enjoyed it too much.If you're checking out reviews and reading this comment right now thinking if you should go here or not, please hear me out when I say do it. You will not regret it!

This place is awesome! Loved the service, food and ambiance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure how they manage all the tables they have going but they make it seem so easy to handle. Food was absolutely delicious and we even bought a bottle of their wine! Simply fabulous.
Loved the vegan menu! So many awesome options. My spinach ravioli with pesto and vegan Panna Cotta were delicious. Very cute outdoor seating as well.
We ate here tonight for my son's birthday. Never realized Barrio Logan was home to so many fantastic restaurants and eateries. So glad we came out.. Ciccia had a comfortable and open outdoor patio and entire ambiance was inviting. We did sit a little bit longer for someone to take our order, but once they realized their mistake both Mario.and Cicci were so gracious and apologized. The food was phenomenal, fresh and very rich. We had the mushroom tart, quinoa salad, papparadelle, gnocchi w/pesto and the stuffed pasta with gorganzola and walnuts
We showed up with a party of 13 without a reservation and were promptly seated despite a full house on schedule. The bread was outstanding! The entrees were delicious and better than any Italian food we found in Italy. We’ll go back whenever we are in town. Mario and the staff were amazing hosts.
Food is delicious and affordable. Best Italian food for the price. I would recommend that they set up an online reservation system since it seems the only option is calling.
Awesome restaurant! The food was very tasty (especially the roasted vegetables)! Lots of vegan and gluten free options as well. The service is slow but the staff/manager are extremely friendly. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
