THE GIRL WORKING RIGHT NOW... 8:13 PM MARCH 25 2022. SHE SAID NO FOOD..NO CHICKEN. ALL SPICY..WE ORDER SPICY AND SHE PROCEED TO SAY " WE HAVE NO CHICKEN STRIPS" I ORDER. ANOTHER COMBO AND SHE SAID. WE DON'T HAVE THAY NEITHER.THIS IS ABOUT THE 4 TIME IN A MONTH THE THAT EMPLOYEE DOES THIS. 2 CARS LEFT IN BEFORE ME..SHE IS RUDE AND USE A DISGUSTING VOCABULARY.IF YOUR BUSSINES IS NOT PRODUCING MONEY..THAT WOMAN IS THE GUILTY ONE OF THAT.
Waited 15 minutes to order through the drive-thru, I understand that they're over worked that understaffed but it was a lot of time to wait there was only one lady working there and she was doing the best she could. The food was warm so overall it wasn't too bad of a bad experience. But if you're in a hurry just definitely isn't the spot to go.
Worst service ever!!!! I went in the drive tru to order no cars and no customers inside I guess she was not having it today or maybe this is there service but definitely very rude!!!! Not coming back to this location ever!!!
Food was awful. Tasted like it had been sitting around a long time. Just not going to that Church's anymore.
Dude this place must be understaffed or the workers don’t care. No cars ahead of me and still had to wait 10 minutes to order through the drive thru. The chicken is good only reason why I come here. Other than that customer service and cleanliness needs to be improved.
I visit this location once a month since i work in this area every 4 weeks. Usually a long wait. Glad to see more staff helping out. Quicker service and freshly fried chicken.
I mean it's Church's Chicken!!!! My love for churches goes way back in the day of the 80's... There ain't that many of them but thank God they're still around. I would have given five stars but they didn't have no fried okra....?♀️
Suggest not eating hear if you can was drinking my drink and got a lent and hair ball come through my straw some of the workers don't speak English too well and seem to be skipping steps and doing their own thing. It's a franchise churchs chicken it's not the real thing. Their standards are based on whoever works there. It's not a real churchs chicken I believe they just pay for the name.
The workers there are rude, especially the woman at night before the place closes. I never understand it. You had a bad day, so what? BE GRATEFUL that you have a job, especially in a time like this when people are losing their jobs left and right. Bad customer service is inexcusable and should be reprimanded and the employees should be taught how to treat people, because without the customer, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.
I only give it five out of 5 stars because I don't want that place to disappear but the drive-thru s*****.
