The staff was great but the place smelled like sewer and alot of the games didn't work. Otherwise my kids had fun.
I’m giving 2 stars because the kids loves the games. I don’t know why. The money blower machine was not operable. As were some games. I could care less, but the place is aging. And the pizza was not as good as it usually is in other locations. Why I’m also deducting stars, is because I have tried using the link provided by them to leave feedback for improvement, and the link is bad. It’s frustrating. Would not expect five star service or food here.
Kaitlin was simply the most outstanding person I think I have wmeger worked with for a birthday party she was simply perfect on every aspect of the word perfect very attentive and helpful I didn’t have to worry much
Management team and associate Sandra did an amazing job at fulfilling our needs for our daughters birthday. From the cake and candles to singing happy birthday. Amazing crew.
This Chuck E. Cheese has so much room and space! The area where the party's are held was spacious enough for us to walk around without bumping into the other party that was also going on.
Delicious pizza and a great place for children.
My son’s 6th birthday party was at Chuck E Cheese on Rosecrans last night and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, attentive, and organized all the staff were. The manager Stephanie called me the day before to go over details and met us promptly when we arrived. She and Lupe, another courteous and kind team member, were always checking in, refilling drinks, and making sure we got the most of our experience. My son had the best birthday and it was very low stress for me. A win-win!
This is the best Chuck-e-cheese location in all of San Diego county!!! The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the food and games were pretty damn good!!! I didn't know they had stuffed crust pizza and Sobe vitamin water!!! Great place where a kid can be a kid, and the parents can kicc bacc, relax, and enjoy watching their kiddos run around!!! Thank you Sports Areana Chuck-e-cheese!!!
Clean and all the games were functional. Pizza is delicious along with other items on the menu. Prices are reasonable and staff was very nice and polite. Chucky himself makes appearances and the kids love to hug him. Great place for family fun
Ot was OK, nothing out of the ordinary. I love the salad bar but they took out a few of my fave toppings. Alsoi had to wait for lettuce to be brought. So many people working and I still feel like they drop the ball, almost every time. Not worth the money u spend.
