If I can give this place a zero rating I would.Went to the store since I was craving for Halo halo. Ordered 3 halo halo for me and friends, after placing the order I noticed that a lot of people in the store are still waiting for their food to be served. Waited for 10 mins for mine, still they haven't called my name yet. I was in a hurry and asked one of their staff where my halo halo is, and to my surprise they haven't made it yet!!!The person at the register had to go in the back to make my order and he said he will deliver it to my table.I had to wait for another 15 minutes for 3 freaking halo halos to be made. What's more frustrating is, you see a lot of their staff in the kitchen not doing anything. They all look like headless chickens walking around the kitchen and not doing their job!One lady that ordered 2 dozens of siopao said she has been waiting for her order for 40 mins and they still messed up her order of siopao. What's so difficult about putting the siopao in your styro boxes? Or making 3 halo halos?After my halo halo was made, they just left it sitting on the counter. I had to stand up again to get it, instead of what was promised of taking it to my table. No apology was given for causing delays. No empathy. Nothing. You guys should just quit your job if you don't like what you're doing!!!!Their halo halo tasted terrible. The beans were super hard. Too much ice. I should've ordered it from the halo halo place next door!!!! Don't ever come here and waste your money. Find another place to satisfy your cravings!!!

They seem to always run out of Siopao Asado. Went there multiple times different days and none.
Food was mediocre. To make matters worse they had no A/C and it must have been 85 degrees in there. At 6.30pm. It was cooler when we walked outside the establishment. Worst fast food in San Diego.

Polite staff and great food esp siopao
Ordered siopao and halo halo. Took forever. My spouse was able to complete grocery shopping next door and my order was still not done. Food is good but service sucks.
