I love this location we always get great service. We haven't experienced any bad servers. The food is always great and when we have had any issues they always fix it. The environment it's live and we enjoy it every time we come.
The food was great and really well priced. My disappointment was with their rewards, my free chips and salsa was not valid with the 3 for $10.99 OR the 2 for $25 so in my opinion that was NO REWARD! Kind of false pretense to get you in there. For everything else I would give 5 stars though.

The food is just passable but all but one waiter decided not to work that night, leaving one person to man all the tables. They decided to seat fewer than half the tables as a result. Kitchen staff brought us our food, so we really didn't notice the lack of wait staff or servers.
I used to work here so my views are biased.. but its been 10 years since I stopped working here and I still come back. Everyone here is really nice, they are great with their customers and the quality of the food is always up to par. Being a large chain, you should expect the same output from every location, which is definitely the case here. You know you'll get sizzling fajitas, an ice cold beer, and perfectly salty chips and salsa. This is a great place for date night, to celebrate something, or just grab a bite !
After 4 attempts to phone in my order I gave up and used their website to place an online order.Attempt 1: Nobody ever picked up the callAttempt 2: Waited on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up and calling backAttempt 3: Nobody ever picked upAttempt 4: Nobody ever picked upWhat's up with this? Really - you can't find the time to pickup your calls?Anyway, like I said, gave up on phoning in my order and used online ordering. One of two main dishes was a "never again": Mango-chili chicken. It was not even warm ... actually cold in some spots, the piece of chicken was dinky and the Mexican rice side dish was about half the size it should have been. Other dish wasn't hot but it was warm. I live 2 miles from the place...at most a 10 minute drive.NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ... !!!

Ordering online and in a restaurant pick up is quick and easy. The only thing when ordering the 2 for $25.00 there should be and option to purchase a second dessert and an option by drinks for no ice. Other than that minor thing this is a great place to eat.
They can't do it. I've been four times and they screw up the order four times. Chili's used to be good, but the staff DOES NOT CARE... THEY GAVE UP, PROBABLY BECAUSE THEIR MANAGEMENT GAVE UP. RIDICULOUS!
My most recent visit to Chili's wasn't that great.1. Poor service quality - I had to wait 15 mins after I checked-in before the food got delivered to my car. Another customer, who reached the curbside after my check-in, got faster service.2. Food Temperature issues - Mostly due to the delayed service, the food had become very cold.3. Hygienic issues - corn on the cob had human hair on it.I'll likely not consider this restaurant in future.
