We got to the restaurant and was seated immediately but then it took about 15 minutes or so before anyone came and took our order. No biggie since they were probably shorthanded. Order was taken and food was brought out. I ordered a burger and ate a 1/4 of it while I was there since I was too tired to finish eating. Up to that point everything was good. I ended up finishing my burger the next day and when I was about half through what I had left, while I was chewing on my burger I but down on something hard in it and it chipped my back tooth!! Not sure what extra ingredient was added since I swallowed what I had in my mouth. Food wasn't bad but I did not expect to have to possibly get dental work afterwards.
We never got seated! The host, when we checked in, said it would be 20-30 minutes. After 40 minutes, the app said we were 1st in line based on on all party sizes and they continued to seat 2 more parties before us. When I questioned the hostess she said she had no clue how long it would take. We waited more, then just left. Usually we like Chili's, but if the app says we are 1st based on all party sizes, don't seat others 1st!
Unfortunately it lacked servers and tables were piled with old plates and food..The greeter was not professional at all.Not giving the patrons any attention. Poor family waited about an hour because of another family was at a big table and it looks as though they didn't even want to clean a table for them.. Definitely need more staff and maybe a MOD to be there as well..
We chose Chilis to get a quick bite and watch the game at the same time.. we at the bar. We were greeted by Eddie.. very courteous and attentive. Wonderful service from Eddie His service is what makes me go back to chili’s
service was slow the place was pretty busy I think that they were short staffed and that was why some orders were slow. we had got our meals before the appetizer so we sent it back . Other than that the food was okay
Our server was patient and helpful went above and beyond to cater to my mother's off menu requests, got her the substitutions she wanted on her drink and food ordered.I am prematurely writing this review as we are still here and waiting for our food. But so far so good . Thanks for caring with us Trevor!!! .
Awesome place. Ordered curbside, not only was my order right but it was hot when delivered to my car and it was ready pretty quick. Staff was accommodating, there was no where to park in the curbside when I arrived so I parked on front and they bought my food to me there. 10/10 will order again?
Fast service and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend coming here.
I went in and Sat at the bar. I saw they didn't have the Country Fried Steak on their menu and asked them if it was a California wide. The man at the bar told me it's Nation Wide they don't carry the item. I explained that I always get the steak at the one in Hawaii and in Texas. He told me Hawaii is different but they don't serve it in Texas. It came off as if I was being told I was lying. If it recently was removed from the menu then say that. I literally reviewed that food in my history of reviewing restaurants. Service was slow here too.
I’m not sure if they were short staff, or just over the night. We had our server, who was nice. Took our orders, and could tell was smiling under the mask, the part that had me confused was when another men from the back came with our drinks and slightly slammed it in the middle of our table. Didn’t think much of it until 15 mins go by and I realize half of the table still haven’t received their drinks nor appetizers. So I let our server know once he comes by. He said he would see what happened and would go and grab us our drinks as well as bring the appetizers for two people sitting at the table, context clues half of us were already eating our entry that’s how long they took. I’m sure they forgot and wouldn’t have brought it if I didn’t mention that there was food missing. The food was cold, my sisters ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with grilled chicken, unfortunately the chicken looked slightly undercooked. The fries that came with my chicken tenders were cold and also taste like it could’ve been fried a bit longer. Because of how slow everything was I didn’t even bother asking for another plate instead took my food to go so I could warm it at home which sucks. Only reason I didn’t complain was because the server was nice, although other people came with our food. Not even sure who they were, the guy who brought our food didn’t even have a mask on which was weird since he got really close. He also brought my nephew his fajitas said it was hot but proceeded to have it over his head to place it on the table. Def wasn’t careful at all. Anyways my experience was def ruined, and probably won’t be returning to this location again.
