Negative ⭐.This was absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have had in years.From the minute I arrived until the minute I left this place was an absolute disaster. The greeter didn't greet whatsoever. Actually he barely acknowledged me or anybody else for that matter. After taking me to my table which seemed to be a bit much for him it was time to order. Then came the waiter who took my order but then never brought my chips and drink. After waiting quite some time I decided to look for a manager. By the time she arrived the chips and drink had arrived. Then my hamburger was served (see photos). This was the most over cooked disgusting hamburger I have EVER been served. Flat and about the look of burnt cardboard. It was also served with fries when I ordered a salad. Once again the manager was requested. She offered to have another burger made. Nope. No way am I eating another thing from this place. I asked for the burger to be taken off my bill and it was eventually. I seriously question the management style, behavior and training of staff of this location.Manager you can save your rebuttal; it's void as far as I'm concerned as my photos speak for themselves.
Food was excellent. Our service sucked. She had our appetizers, salad and food come out at the same time and never checked on us. So our main meals were ice cold.When you order make sure you say you want appetizers and Salads before your meal.
Way too long waiting to be seated. But the place advises you they are struggling with staffing problems. The dishes were excellent and my family enjoy their dinner. The staff were attentive and helpful
My online order was not in their system when I arrived to picked it up. I showed my email confirmation and location, date, time were all confirmed correct. My card was charged and I showed them that as well. They said place the order again and we'll have the kitchen make it right away. I asked for a receipt showing that my card will be refunded for the first mysteriously disappearing order, but they couldn't give me one because the order didn't exist in their system. I was assured that the charge would be reversed automatically since the first order was never fulfilled, but the charge remained on my card after a week. Multiple phone calls to eventually talk to a manager who told me that they were able to look up my order with the order number in my confirmation email, and I will be refunded. That never happened. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company.
Ben was my waiter, pleasant demeanor and happy to serve. The hostess was leaning and seemed a bit underwhelmed by her lack of work.The young man who cleared our dishes was swift. My burger was ?good?. Happy Black History Month?
I ordered the fajitas and it was delicious. I’ve been to the other chili’s over college area and this one gets my vote for best service and food quality Ryan our waiter was very friendly and attentive

Ordered this to go and it didn’t taste well at all. Tasted burnt. The patties were most definitely dried out and a little old
I just rediscovered Chili's again - used to go alot when I lived back east. This is easy to get to and has lots of parking. The bartender is super. The burgers are good too
