Over the last few months, this drive thru has consistently messed up my order. When I bring it in to fix it, a manager promises to fix it, and then hands me back my original, wrong order. It’s pretty irritating at this point, and I will probably steer clear of this location a lot more often now
I actually went twice in the same week, so tried both dine in and take out. Delicious and inexpensive food as always. Really warm and helpful staff, and I liked the outdoor seating area a lot (there are umbrellas!)
Left is a large fry, right is a medium right out of the bag. seriously that's just lazy. Thank you for taking more money and give less.
I ordered through Door Dash and my food was soooo good my waffle fries were hot , & the southwest salad was delicious. I was full and never ate my cookie:)
Loved this location! Super friendly staff, and I actually went inside to eat. Once seated, I was literally treated like I was in a nice, dine-in restaurant… Not saying Chic-fil-A isn’t that, but this definitely exceeded my expectations, if I had any at that time. I was greeted immediately entering the restaurant, and my food came out hot and within 5 minutes. It didn’t taste like it had been sitting around, and the fries were delicious! Bathroom was clean, and I loved the hustle in the workers here. The delivery drivers were hustling, the curbside pickup workers were hustling, and it ultimately just made it an overall great experience!
I order a variety of foods from this location. Today's breakfast was the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The muffin tastes much better than a similar sandwich at McDonald's. The sausage has a decent taste and shows grill marks. I also order a similar breakfast sandwich but with just egg whites. The hash browns are little round pieces which can vary in quality from crispy to soggy and that's something to improve on. The price is a bit higher than McDonald's but the cleanliness is worth it.03-23-22 I was given the wrong order today at the drive thru and this place has unbelievable service for their customers. The supervisor verified the mistake, placed the correct order, let me keep the incorrect order (way more than my order by far) and on top of that gave me a gift card. Some might not like Chick-fil-A for personal reasons but I think their food is better than most fast food places, their employees are trained and friendly and they offer great service.
Exceptional service. I'm this post COVID world, how Chick fil A finds such great tram members is amazingOh and the food was good and a well managed drive through. Lots of people but still well managed.
Great place to dinner, wide variety of alternatives (all of them chicken obviously) but there are grilled alternatives and deep fried ones as well. Amazing sauce variety and even though is not very cheap, it is not very expensive either. I just loved it!
Line is very fast and food is just as good as any other Chick Fil A. Only complaint about this location is that it's in a business park and if you come up the hazard center dr driveway there is a blind left turn to get to the drive thru. Seen cars nearly crash there before
The food as you know is always good at a Chick-fil-A. You can't go wrong there. But the way they handle the lunch rush is something else. These people should be in charge of the DMV the way they get those lines to go by fast.
