Simple chicken offerings. Salads, simple sandwiches. The service is very fast in the restaurant. Don't know how fast it is in drive thru. It's clean and there's always staff keeping tables clean. They are very slow at keeping trash receptacles from over flowing. Every visit I make, trash is over flowing. They have staff in the dining room, this doesn't make sense.
So it finally happened... bad service at a chic fil a. Came in to pick up a order and there's 4 people waiting with zero acknowledgedment from staff. Employees walking by, one looking at her phone and not helping all the people waiting off to the side. ALWAYS be on the lookout for customers waiting around. Why is this a hard concept for some restaurants to understand?
It was good, not great. I'd eat here again if I had one near me, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find one to eat at. Great sauces though and I would want to try the fries sometime.
Yummy wrap & spicy chicken sandwich was on hit!!! Fresh flowers on every table. EXCELLENT service. I saw the manager taking her time to speak with an employee as she was leaving to go home. She had a smile on her face while talking to him. Employees looked happy. Looks like a place I would love to work at. Very nice atmosphere.
Drive-thru line is always long, so I went inside, since it was Saturday parking was also limited but I only waited about 3min for a spot. Ordering line was zero, I ordered and by the time I found a booth my order came out, faster than drive-thru. I ordered a salad to go, and a #1 combo to eat there. Lemonade is super sweet, if you're diabetic be careful. Next time I will order different drink. Employees are very friendly and respectful. I was glad to see multicultural display of people.
This is a quick location. We ate here one night after spending an afternoon at the beach. Service was friendly and food was great as always.
It may be great for others but for me it just does not work out I don't really care for their food or milkshakes. But just because I don't like it doesn't mean that it isn't good for somebody else I mean the service is great they got us through the long drive through line quickly quicker than you would think anyway. But their food just isn't my cup of tea I guess.
the 3 stars are for drive through experience. Food is great here, as with all locations I have frequented. There is no coordination of car sequence after placing order and literally is a free for all with the four drive through lanes merging into one. I've literally placed an order, and am queued up in the line, only to be cut off by other cars that have placed orders after me. Can get a little aggressive in the drive thru line at times. I usually drive the extra few miles to the Mission Valley location to avoid the PL locations drive through. Could use improvement.
Ordered at the register, it was busy that day, but which day isn't? But regardless I had great service. Food was good!
We always dine in at this location and we love it. Both times the employees there are so nice and I mean like genuinely nice ?
