Fairly busy on weekends but very fast service, get you drink within a minute. Tax is included so easy to calculate prices.
Good Thai Tea but lacking in authentic flavor.
Not what I expected for Boba Tea. This is the healthy version of what milk boba tea should be, and healthy is not always delicious. We ordered 3 different flavors: earl grey, mango and blueberry, and after gagging and struggling to swallow our first sips, all the drinks went straight into the trash. Was not for me or my family, but you won’t know if you like it until you try it. Maybe ask for a sample first? So you don’t just throw away $20…best of luck to you. I will not be back to try any other flavors though. Maybe if we have no exposure to other edible delicious boba milk tea prior, then these would’ve been tolerable? On the plus side, the girl at the front was extremely sweet and nice, and we didn’t wait long for the drinks at all.

Parking: paid street parking around the business. You can download an app to pay for your parking and monitor how much time you have left. Very convenient!Food: well known for its fluffy pancakes, there were lines out the door! The wait was about two hours to get the pancakes. They have an ordering system and if they run out of slots, they stop the orders. Each pancake takes about 20 minutes.Drinks: I tried the taro milk tea with boba. They use real taro. It was delicious. The boba was amazing.Speed: it took a while to place our order because of the long line, but also, they took time with each customer to answer questions. They were extremely nice and interacted with each customer.I wouldn't recommend this place to hang out with a group of friends because space is limited and it took a long time to order. But once we got our drink orders in, we got it almost instantly! If you want to hang with a group, definitely order ahead and come as soon as they open so you're not fighting
My favorite Boba place of all time! They deliver a product which is no gimmick all quality. If you're looking for crazier stuff like cheese foam, this isn't your shop, but if you're uncompromising about the flavors of your tea they won't be beat.After having tried every tea on the menu, it's all great. One thing to look out for is their Oolong isn't particularly roasted, still a great tea, but if you want a roasted flavor characteristic of the Oolong you get other places I would go with the Hojicha instead.
The blueberry hibiscus tea Fresca was absolutely phenomenal! The honey boba was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The speed of service was so quick I almost couldn’t believe it. I also bought a bag of Earl Grey and it is amazing! So bold and the bergamot really shines. I love that the bag has such detailed brewing instructions. Wonderful experience and I can’t wait to come back and buy more loose leaf tea and a boba kit!
