This place has THE BEST carbonara I think I've ever tasted. I discovered this place just before I was moving from San Diego and honestly it's probably for the best that I didn't discover it sooner, I'd probably eat here at least twice a week lol I also lived in Japan for a while and these are the absolute closest comparison that I've been able to find in the states so far! Definitely recommend!

We went specifically to try the souffle pancakes. This area is typically known for difficult parking so we decided to arrive before they opened. Nothing on this street is open before 11 am on Sundays, so parking lots (the few and limited) were empty. The pancakes take 30 min so we ordered the carbonara based on good reviews. The carbonara came out within a few minutes and this kept us occupied while we waited for the pancakes. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The carbonara was good! Souffle pancakes came out a little over 30 min but were warm and worth the wait! We got the Ube and Chocolate cornflake to eat there. We ordered 2 more pancakes to take home (these have to be assembled when you get home so not pretty like what you would get for dine in). Overall, very successful foodie meal.

This is the best restaurant I've been to in SD. Me and my friend ordered 2 pastas, popcorn chicken, chicken wings, soda drunk, shuffle. All of them are perfect 10/10. All the food ordered had 'layers of flavors' and they match so well! Pasta originates from Italy but the sauce is from Thailand, plus the herbs and cheese and fresh tomatoes and they all match so well. Would love to come again!!
I really love here’s food! Highly highly recommend. We ordered a tiramisu soufflé and a ube crepe cake. Both of them are delicious! Especially the soufflé, it is light, fluffy, eggy and it is dancing. That is a real perfect soufflé pancake! The ube crepe is nice too, it’s layered very nicely. The flavor is yummy. I like both of them. The only thing made me feel a little back is their service. Their waitress is a little inpatient when she helped us…. I felt a little awkward.
People need to know how good the food is here. The pancake souffle is to die for! The spicy glaze wings are addicting and the tom yum speghetti is so good! Keep in mind, it takes at least 20 mins for the pancakes, but you have to know it takes long to make in general - so worth it! The crepe cakes are pretty good as well.
Tried a couple of the pastas all are good with great tastes of fusion. The wings are good too zesty and spicy. And the piece de resistance souffle pancake is amazing ! Any flavor you get will be delicious!
Came here for their souffle pancakes of course. The chocolate banana souffle was pretty good. The taro flavor was good but lacking sweetness for my taste buds. But the highlight of my meal were the zapp fried chicken wings. Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Reminds me of the tom yum mama noodles seasoning. People are raving about their tom yum pasta so I might return for those!
When i saw google map categorized it as a dessert store, I thought the dessert would be the best thing to have here.On the contrary, their best dishes are definitely their pastas. Definitely a must try!
