This great cafe has Organic Coffee! Need I say more??!! Spacious, well appointed interior, with high ceilings divided into quiet and more social sections! For breakfast items, they feature Savory Empanadas and Savory croissants! For sweet tooth’s enjoyment, The Virtuoso Coffee Infused Brownies are delicious, along with various scones and danishes. Nicely prepared coffee drinks with good smooth flavor. Coffee Associates are very pleasant, kind to children people; just love that!
Recently visited Cafe Virtuoso. What a great Experience! A wonderful cafe with lovely staff. Their banana bread is definitely a must try. Even the chocolate croissant was amazing. For drinks we tried iced Mexican Mocha and Matcha Latte. It’s a good spot to hangout and get some work done as well. Definitely a must visit.
Informative and friendly staff, delicious coffee, nice outdoor seating, clean bathroom and convenient location. We were staying in Barrio Logan and it was just a 15 min walk. Would visit again!! I’d love if they added some plant-based baked goods to their selection.
I regularly buy 2 pound bags of organic coffee here. I'll have to see if I can still afford it later this year with the costs still rising. Very good coffee though, and always very good service.
Started going here a few weeks ago on a recommendation from my coworkers (we’re baristas and always looking for a great place to go on our days off!) The blood orange tea and the Peruvian mocha are both quite delicious. The single origin espresso is always dialed in very well! The two staff members I’ve met are so kind and helpful. You can tell they truly care about the drinks they produce. I hope to keep coming here whenever I can even though it’s a far drive.
Very clean. Ordered a cortado. It was exceptional. Very rich, smooth and not bitter. The best espresso I've ever had and I have been to many coffee shops. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. 10+

TOP SERVICE ! My wife and I were downtown on Saturday specifically to check out a bakery nearby. Of course when it comes to coffee when we are near this area this is our first and only choice. My wife and I arrived around 11am and got lucky parking in a green 30 min zone right out front. A cashier named James welcomed us when we entered and we said hi to Mary & Christian ( both baristas ) who we know. I ordered 2 x Cortados with 2% milk and hazelnut syrup. We actually had a very fresh Chocolate Almond Croissant from the bakery to enjoy with our Cortados. Barista Mary made our Cortados in slightly larger than normal size shot glasses which had a pink hue. We sat at a bar height table and totally enjoyed our well made rich tasting Cortados...and the sensational Chocolate Almond Croissant. A PERFECT COFFEE BREAK !
I love Cafe Virtuoso. I started coming here because it is conveniently close to my job and it has become my favorite coffee shop. Not only got their amazing coffee but the staff is so friendly. They always take time to make me feel welcomed and remember my order. They even have a rewards program too, which I love! In addition, they sell Split House baked goods so I always have a vegan option to chose from. If you haven’t I really recommend checking them out.
The coffee is great, the workers are nice and there is a special vibe in each venue. Amazing environment, awesome Capuccino! He'll be back tomorrow. The coffee and the atmosphere are great and we strongly recommend it.
