Nearly $6 for a bagel with light cream cheese, and I found out later that they added an extra $.50 for using a card without asking me if I'd rather use cash (which I had)... If the bagel had been fabulous, it may have been worth the price, but I've had better bagels from the supermarket shelves, where you could get a dozen for the price of 1 at this place. I just moved to the area and this bakery is right on my daily walk with my dog, so I was hoping to make this part of my morning ritual, but I'll be searching elsewhere for better prices and quality. Not sure how they maintain repeat customers, to be honest.
It’s good. It’s basic and small and cozy.my only complaint is having my food throw at .. several times. Which is reason for review.I was able to see my order get packed right before given to me thiss time but it was then thrown onto the counter… with a “ready”A bit rude I would say and it’s the same lady.Might be the owner, an Asian lady but wow. Stunned me this time ;).
We found the bagel to be horribly dry and tasteless. Still looking for a good bagel shop in SD.
Quick, nice, lots of options, bagels average for price. $5 a bagel
Expensive, very, for midget bagels and thin, very, layers of anything ordered for the in between the midget bagel. Unfriendly service. Ok coffee, hence two stars.
Love their bagels, small, nice crunch, soft centers. Good coffee.
Disappointed at how chewy/dry the bagels were. Went early in the morning to get them fresh too. Not soft like I would expect them to be.
Is there a certain day of week you need to come here to get even average service? All these reviews must be from bots or something. There is simply no way. Me and multiple customers who came in after me were shocked by how rude the employees were treating people. They not only failed to welcome customers, they made us feel unwelcome...as if we were ruining their day. That in itself is enough to not come here, but then you add the fact that their bagels are well below average. I threw away half my meal as it lacked flavor and was unusually thin. All around poor experience and poor quality.
Bagel were small and when I ordered a bagel with lox I got almost no lox. Asiago bagel taste good though
