RUDE staff. Girl with long plait in her hair needs to learn customer service. Food took over 40 minutes and when questioned got a load of abuse. Disgusting. Then when we got the food half of it was missing. Every member of staff was completely incompetent. I wouldn’t waste your money or time. The whole place is a disaster, it’s actually embarrassing. I think you need all new staff.
I got my order for pickup around 4pm today. First timer. Initial thoughts were the burger was flavorful and best onion rings ever. Unfortunately I’ve been with food poisoning shortly after I’ve finished my meal. Another downside was the kids meal was awful. Dry burger my kid would not eat, and pricey. Nobody would eat the chicken bites, they looked burned and I tried one, it was so dry and tasted burnt. The burger was so good that I really didn’t want it to be so, that it would made me sick. Maybe the onion rings are way too greasy? That’s all I’ve eaten today. Now I’m paying for it double, sick while I’m on vacation celebrating my kids birthday. ???
That little S.O.B. (burger) is worth its weight!! Burger Lounge is a little pricey, but it has the flavor to back it up. The fries were well cooked, but overall average in taste. For a small restaurant, it could have been cleaner. It wasn't dirty, but the garage cans should be emptied sooner. Small cans and a small storefront made it seem more unkept than it really was.
I don’t often give bad reviews, but this experience deserves it. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there. My friend ordered ranch dressing, and was pressured to order the vegan ranch. The chicken nuggets were falsely advertised. The picture of them looked like enough to feed on person, but the actual nuggets were tiny. When we confronted the staff, they said that is how they come packaged and walked away. When I went to refill my soda it was filled with cleaning product. I first figured out, when I took a sip of it, even though the staff were nearby and could have warned me. Definitely not coming back to this place.
I can't say whether I'd go to a burger lounge again. The food was ok/good and the people were lovely, but the wait time was crazy and the price just way out of whack. Very expensive. I spent $50 for 3 burgers and fries, no drinks. That's Red Robin $$ and they have way more choices/toppings, etc. Grass fed is important to me, yes, but just something is amiss and I can't really put my finger on it. I guess it was just way too expensive for what you received.
Friendly service! Impossible burger was delicious, the onion rings were fantastic, the fries were stale!! Rather expensive because they even charge you for Ranch or any other dip!!
My burger was absolutely delicious! Their drink selection was not very good. And the staff was nice enough, but I wouldn't say friendly.
It was completely packed and busy on a Saturdayafternoon. Well organized and the food is prepared so it takes time but to my complete surprise, was Absolutely Delicious and well worth the price.The Crispy Chicken sandwich melts in the mouth.Excellent Job.
Ordered two classics and onion rings from uber eats on New year's day.A little pricey but probably the best burgers we have ever had.Yummy crazy good.Highly recommended
Beware. So we ordered 2 burgers today to go. The one we ordered well done was bright pink inside a Medium rare. The Other burger we could not change the order to well done (it just wasn’t an option) but that one once we picked it up it was well done. The website says everything is medium … I don’t know about that because my burger was so pink I would say it was medium rare. Problem is we’re staying at a hotel and come to find out we have no microwave it’s been two hours and I still haven’t been able to eat my burger because I’m waiting on a microwave at our hotel. Beware…. If you don’t mind re-cooking it when you get home then no problem. The onion rings were excellent but the french fries I would never order again there was hardly any salt and they were cold and soggy. PS - The photo is of the outside pice that fell off… even pinker inside!
