Id love to leave more details of the food or service but after 25 minutes of waiting after being seated in an empty resturaunt we had to seek out our server, who then did not come by to take our drinks or food order. Ended up leaving to find food elsewhere. I understand places are short staffed but everyother table had already been served food and two waiters were on floor so not really clear on what issue caused this.
Well we are from outof town and wanted to have some beers and a nice dinner, we came in at 9pm. We were greeted with we are closing soon and they only had the bar area open the dinner was closed on the grill they could only have wings ready everything else on the grill was close. But i thought this place closes at 10pm. Two familys were turned away beacuse of that. Poor customer service in that sence.
Your 2 waitresses working on 3/20 around 8pm Would rather argue with each other about who’s going to take care of the customers and sit them down. Arguing that they are not going to sit anyone down because they are not gonna hit overtime. First of all not a conversation to have in front of customers . Second of all for my family to just sit ourselves and eventually get no service because your waitresses don’t want to work. Shameful. Then they act surprised when I tell my family to leave. Worst experience ever at a Buffalo
The staff is phenomenal. The food is garbage. Not the cooks fault. It's the franchise fault for forcing the same menu and refusing to move from bar snacks and growing into a more restaurant quality level. You brought the customers with your gimmick. Great. Now GROW. Ridiculous in believing in 2022 that expanding on any level is not acceptable. To corporate, do something or someone like the new startup, sidechick, renders you obsolete and leaves you behind and you become another joke like TGI Fridays.
Shocker this location was able to have 3.9 stars. Had a server named Leticia and she got more and more rude as the night went in for some reason… not sure what we did to her. NO Straws were given, she only gave 3 silverware when there was obviously 4 of us there, no carrot or celery sticks, she only officially stopped at the table once. Every other time she just walked by while talking and it was extremely rude. Couldn’t get a chance to ask for silverware or more water until we had to literally stop her as she walked by the table. We asked for water and she only filled 1 cup… and didn’t even go right away she stopped and talked to customers she knew… another person asked for water and she only brought back the to for boxes she never refilled his cup not ONCE we literally had to pour our own water into his cup lol so pitiful please do better. She didn’t bother asking for our rewards program before bringing out the bill (we also were still eating). I think the worst part of this experience was the fact that she wouldn’t even stop to talk to us, she would talk to us as she was walking away. SoEmbarrassing. Do better!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Food is not great and you’ll never know when your order will be correct. Ordered from them twice. 2 TIMES. In a row. They messed up a lot of my order. Go to a different location, or, just choose a different wing place in general.
Surprised this is a 3.9 star rating when a 1 star is just about fair for this place. Was addressed rudely about outdoor seating and proceeded to be hostile while l was asking for assistance. Not only this but when we did get seated a bartender asked for drinks and we got them in a pretty fast time, granted we were 1 of 6 groups in the establishment at the time. He then asked for our orders that we politely said “ we are still looking “ and he kindly walked away. After that we waited 40+ mins for a waiter to even look at us and the same guy who served us our drinks proceeded to talk trash on the team we were cheering for (prob because his team was obliterated by the Texans the week before which pushed them out of the playoffs, yes he was a trash chargers fan (already a red flag). He then proceeded to serve the people next to us and gossip. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at an establishment. I didn’t realize a food place could be so similar to a Highschool lunch room. Worst place l have ever gone glad l was just visiting and never have to deal with this place again. Place is a dumpster fire waiting to be shut down. Sorry for you people who have to live next to this clown show of a good establishment.
Food was great. It was not that busy when we went there. The restroom needs to be fixed, both men and womens. Other than that staff were very professional and fast at service.
We entered and were greeted kindly by the waitress. Her name was Destiny and she seemed nice and friendly at first however, when we asked repeatedly for some south west sauce (served with onion rings) after we finished the first batch, she backed out. She started to ignore us repeatedly as we tried to get more of the sauce. She did not visit our table even after we repeatedly gestured to her. She looked at our table then looked away. I was also requesting a refill, but she never brought one over. Very poor service... my brother also went to remind her, but she never acknowledged him.
