Beyond ashamed for this place. The wings were cold with warm sauce placed on top. The wings were so dry. I saw my waiter three times. Taking order. Walked passed me 7 times after the food came out. Didn’t ask one how’s the food. Then finally when I’m done asked did I need anything. Yes. The check. I’ll never come back to this place. And to think, I would come here regularly and religiously. It’s only 4 small parties in here. Not anywhere near busy to be serving out cold food.When leaving to wash my hands, the restroom was awful! I wouldn’t have eaten here seeing this. And it’s only 11:53am
Our go-to for perfectly cooked crispy dry rub wings- Salt and Vinegar and Salt and Pepper being our faves. We've been coming here for years at least 2x a month. Servers are attentive and very friendly and accommodating, always checking in to make sure food is good or if we need anything and making sure our drinks are filled. I don't understand all the negative reviews.
Went in with my kid in the afternoon, servers were too busy fighting over who had or didn't have our table because it was too much work. Had to get our order taken by the manager who forgot half the stuff we ordered because he doesn't write it down. My kids meal came cold and well after I got mine, 10 mins to be exact. It was a mess, I understand it's hard work but I didn't come there to have a drama fest, just to eat food. Some serious work needs to be done there for moral.
Well haven't been to the restaurant in a while & got an email reminding me to pick up my birthday boneless wings so I went in thus morning. Placed my to go order for 20 wings & my 6 free boneless wings. The young lady was very nice & handed me my order. Been there before so when I got home I was surprised that I didn't get my celery sticks or carrot sticks like I alway get because they asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese. So I called & called & asked what's up & I was told that you need to ask for them. First they raised the prices which is ok because everyone is doing that but it would of been nice to ask me if I wanted any veggies. There was only 2 other parties in the restaurant & I think I know why. My order was over $30 with a tip but it will be a while before I go back
For the price I just have not had a good experience with the food looking or tasting fresh. Even arriving before the food is finished prepping and a just 10 minute drive home. The wings were dry like the sauces had been sitting on them like they had been prepared in advance and not to order. The fries were soggy. The celery and carrots were not cleaned properly and had a slime on them and were inedible.
WORST SERVICE EVER!Came in yesterday with a Friend of mine, want to say around 8 or so. We expected it to be busy as it normally always in. Upon entering we waited almost 20 mins until I got up and asked a Host for help by the entrance who was rude and was no help at all. She just said “ anywhere in the back and mentioned they’re short staffed “ which I understand, upon being seated the person who took our orders was pretty nice. They were Bar tending as well as bringing food. But the food was terrible. Mozzarella sticks tasted like something out of the Microwave, my friend didn’t get any veggies or ranch with her Wings but the party next to us did. My Burger tasted like something from McDonald’s. Just all not a great spot to go to anymore. Save yourself some time, money, and especially gas. Go elsewhere!
This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings in America. All of these bad reviews on here don’t make any sense at all and honestly y’all are just haters and acting like Karens. The service has always been top notch and friendly. Love the food here and I’ve been going to Bdubs for years. They’ve come a lot way in quality too because I used to eat at Bdubs back in my high school days. I’m definitely a semi regular here who enjoys it here. Lots of TVs here as well.
This place is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I ever been in my life. The waiters are trash literally threw my plates on my table because I was confused that they brought my fries out way before my main course meal. When I did receive my main meal it was decent at best. They didn’t even have straws and half the menu was not available, the waitress was constantly walking away and when I did see her she was tucked away chatting. if I wasn’t a good person I would’ve never tipped the waitress. If I could give less than one star I would this place is trash horrible ran establishment.
Food and restrooms are nasty lol well maybe the wings were not bad but it's so packed that the quality of everything suffers. other than the wings the rest of the things in the menu are like eating paper no taste what so ever. Do not use the restrooms you will throw up everything you ate for a week as soon as you walk in there!!
Ordered from Doordash and 3 things were missing. Ordered chicken wrap that comes with chips and salsa, no salsa was sent. Also ordered carrots and celery, didn't get those. The last thing missing is the caramel sauce for my cheesecake.
