Sandwiches are ok, but service is absolutely horrid, asking for a bagel is like pulling teeth for these workers. First time, I thought "maybe they're having an off day" but came back again to give it a second chance and NOPE. All the workers are perpetually having an off day. It's sad cause you come here trying to start your day right and these people just drain your energy.
Ordered a Western Bagel which comes with egg and bacon for $8 plus delivery fee. This is how it was received! With just onion stiff cheese and bell peppers. Very annoying never ordering here again.
There are better bagel shops, but this one is close to home. Their bagels are ok, but not the best in town. I think they use pre-packaged cream cheese rather than mixing their own, and it shows in the flavor. It tastes like the kind you get in the little tubs at the supermarket, not like with fresh ingredients. I'll keep going here when I feel like having a bagel but don't want to drive far. They're a chain, so if you like their stuff you find it everywhere. Definitely not my first choice, though.
I waited 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. I said hi when I walked in the door and nobody responded back. The only person to acknowledge me only said two words to me. First was the name on the order and the second was the word yes to confirm that I had heard the name on the order correctly. It was overall an entirely awkward and uncomfortable situation and experience. I would like to know that you are still in the customer service industry and whereas you don't necessarily need to smile at all times (because that's total bull) you should still acknowledge your customers. Then again the customers there were just as rude as the employees. I was standing basically all the way up against the table and a customer cut in front of me and the table. I had to take a step back or he would have bumped into me. I said excuse me very politely and he said nothing and then proceeded to do the same thing a second time to walk back to his seat. There was plenty of room to walk behind me and around me. I was not in the way and I was standing where it said to wait to be helped. Overall I think that the customers and the employees here could use a huge upgrade. Good luck team.
It sucks that this place is so good but the management and employees are so bad so unprofessional so rude all the time. The old Hispanic lady and the younger Hispanic kid are terrible for this company they are always the same the Hispanic lady is always yelling with customers in the store the Hispanic kid acts like he doesn’t even want to be here. The taller Hispanic guy when he works is the only person holding this place together. Everyone speak up leave the bad reviews maybe they will finally listen I know you all agree.
Honestly, I've heard from people who love this place and people who despise it. I decided to try it today and it just tastes like a slightly better version of a grocery store bagel. The toppings were average as well. It wasn't bad.... but I don't see myself ever coming back. Prices were pretty high also.
The breakfast bbq brisket bagal is AMAZING!!! Thanks for the delicious snack!!
Uber pick up: they completely wasted my time for the second time in a weeks span. They claimed not to have my order.. finally found the order.. 10 minutes pass then they claimed the customer canceled... i text the customer and he confirms he didn't cancel... they then say the system canceled it... total waste of 30 mins I can be picking up from a place that has their stuff in order. I'm 100% positive that Im not the only pick up since the weekend so how many drivers are you going to deny until you take the time to call Uber and fix your system problem. Seriously unacceptable
The female mexican cashier was super rude. She almost yelled at me just because I took about 5 seconds to recall my alias of my grubhub account. This experience ruined my my mood on Sunday morning.
Brueggers Bagels is a fine franchise. However this location is very unprofessional. This is the only location that consistently takes too long. I will order from my house, and I will wait 15 minutes before I leave. They almost never even start making the order until I have walked in. They give me the same excuse everytime. "Oh the order was just put in" or "Oh we just saw it now, we will get started". Now I am waiting almost 30 minutes for a few freaking bagels. ?---- I love how you pretend to care now that I decided to make a review. No, I will not talk with you in private. All you need to do is tell your employees that deliveries and to-go orders are just as important as people who are actually in your shop. Nobody should be treated differently, and unfortunately that's how it is in your store.
