We love Boston Market. They never disappoint!
The two gentlemen working when I was here had the best attitudes and were doing an awesome job. Food was great too
I ordered online after a long day at work. A family meal with ribs and a chicken for 3.50 special. Well I can say they didn’t pack my ribs I’m missing a 24.99 cake. And charged full price for a chicken. I called and no one has responded back. Not happy . Service MOD sucks , he called me a liar basically. I would never treat my CUSTOMERS this way
12.24.21 I ordered Christmas dinner and later received a text that my order was cancelled. I went to Boston Market and found people packed in and no ventilation. Another customer and myself stood outside the door. As we stood, a worker came and locked the door with all those customers inside. I'm so glad my order was cancelled.

This place is almost always out of food and they say they are open till 10pm but they ALWAYS close up early... Pain in the butt when you want good chicken bowl and drive all the way across town to get it and they arent open... and I did try calling on numerous occasions but not once have they ever answered the phone at this location ......
I went to Boston Market at 5502 Balboa Ave San Diego Ca at about 2PM 12/19/21 to have lunch. When I arrived there were signs on the door stating some foods were not available . I went inside and saw most all the food containers were empty. There were not enough choices to pick the foods I wanted. I was disappointed also in the customer service as I was not greeted when I came inside the door and was not ask if I needed help. I have been at this location several times before but today 12/19/21 was not a good experience for me. Please check this situation out so this will not happen again. I tried to call this location before driving all the way from Chula Vista but no one answered the phone. If they had answered the phone then I would have not come if they were out of certain food. Please let me know that you will correct this problem with the manager that runs this location. Request feed back on this situation.....thanks
Yeah I like this place cuz the food taste good somebody it's a small menu but you know what it's still good I don't eat there all the time but hey I love the pot pies I love the the vegetables I love everything I mean it's good, they got good little meals it's like perfect for lunch and dinner and it's not expensive got to try it you'll like it
Do not order using DOORDASH. The dasher, Wesley... he was so lazy he left the order on the street and a homeless got it instead of me. How is that possible?!
I have been trying to get anyone to answer a call at the Boston market on Balboa for 2 weeks. This is the only way to place a holiday order. I tried different times thinking they must be busy. This is so unprofessional.
