The employees are helpful. It was my first time in the store and Ashley explained the flavor profiles of the different coffee options. I went with a hot latte and it was beautiful. I also had the ice cream covered with expresso sauce and it was delicious.
Love this place, the atmosphere and overall feel of this place. The manager knows his stuff and when he's busy, he can show anyone how to multitask! You can hate me all you want but it's better than Starbucks.
Slightly pricey, but an excellent curated coffee selection, and their baristas prepared my cortada perfectly. They used (their now standard) oat milk, and was pleasantly surprised with the nuttiness. (Cow's milk lactose is a little sweeter, though.)
I was first introduced to this chain a while back while visiting San Francisco. The coffee was good and they offered wonderful breakfast choices. This particular location, although nicely designed, feels colder and less intimate. The coffee is good but the prices are sky high compared to other specialty coffee locations.Although a much better choice than Starbucks, still not as good as my favorite coffee chain Peet's.
Very stiff. A bit overpriced and the coffee is average. The folks are great tho and the interior is cool.
Can we talk about the most kind and sweet coffee crew in all the land? They were so wonderful, immediately recognizing my coworker who had been a regular and sparking up friendly conversation. That personal touch goes a long way.... as does incredible coffee. Great spaces to sit inside and outside. And perfect location for a coffee to keep you going while you shop or after a ride!
There would be a lot to write about the superb coffee here. I could also write about the aesthetic of the place. What motivated me to write this review, though, is just how thankful I am to all of the people working here. Coffee is a pleasure and, at its best, a bit of beauty that provides a bit of refuge from daily life. Everyone here understands that and, despite being at work and being busy, embodies passion, kindness, and care. They are amazing. If any of you are reading this, thank you and see you soon!

This is the most heavenly mug of espresso you've at any point had! This café's food and administration are likewise remarkable. A must-try this café!
Great service and delicious coffee that is poured with TLC every time. My batista Taylor was outstanding and really embraced her job. A true professional and a really sweet individual. She really made the experience excellent! I will definitely be back!
