Me and my husband live nearby and gave this place a go. They actually have really good pizzas that you can customize any way you want and they taste amazing. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the tables were fairly dirty when we went to eat in and the staff charged us for 2 salads but only gave us one then we had to prove we ordered two to get the second one. The place was ran by what looked to be teenagers that went to the local high school so there was that as well.
I’ll express my review in a problem/solution format.Problem:- Lack of initiative and customer service from the Blazer’s prepping the food. Customers should feel welcomed to dine and order from a place of business, especially first time customers (as I was a first and last time customer). The most inviting and people-friendly employee was the chef who expressed a greeting/welcome.- Seasoning and toppings were used very sparingly.Solution:- Establish a foundational philosophy or something near the effect of “every customer is a first time customer”. Give that individual a reason to want to come back. I was not given a reason to come back. I was charged to write a review instead.- Allow some form of wiggle room with applying toppings and seasonings to customer’s order.Thank you to whomever read this. If this did/does not add value, please discard it and let it be!
Mmmm! Blaze Pizza is awesome I have been a fan since the first day. Since I'm originally from New York I appreciate the crust and the fact that it's consistently good as I eat there at least once a week. It always lifts my spirits and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful and they make good pizza!Do have a couple of delicious slices left over looking forward to another delicious lunch! Still good on the second day.
I wasn’t satisfied with my pizza. They add very little of everything if you choose to build your own. They rarely add any sauce or cheese. Disappointing.
How hard is it to remember sauces with cheesy bread, then I get refused reentry for some because of a birthday party. Empoyees just shaking their heads no & ignoring while at the door.Don't accept online orders you can't fulfill during events.
Pizzas are tasty, for less than $11 dlls. Good variety of ingredients of a medium quality, service is fast. The only thing: place is dirty as hell.
First of all, I hate leaving on star reviews. It just seem like they are motivated by angry people with bad intentions. Unfortunately, in my case I just could not rate Blaze Pizza any higher due to the extremely poor quality of their food.The staff was neither friendly or unfriendly, and the food was ready on time. But other than that it was seriously the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. We ordered two pizzas. One was a pepperoni and cheese and the other was their special “signature” artichoke pizza. Neither was very good, but the pepperoni cheese was just dreadful. The sauce they use on their pizza tasted very close to store-bought ketchup. The entire pizza was flat and hard to look at, let alone eat. Sorry, I really wanted to like this place. But The food was that bad.
The dude hovering by the oven spinning the big metal rod trying to flirt with a unmasked coworker (dicussing loudly how she was positive for covid) has his mask around his chin (didnt catch his name), then Gloria at the register was texting as we walked up, after about a minute she asks my wife what we ordered and immediately goes back to texting, approximately another minute she asks again "so what did you order", puts it in the computer and immediately goes back to texting. Absolutely terrible customer service and unacceptable health standards by Mr Cool Spinny Rod Guy.[Edit]Just got home and realized they also didn't give us the cheesy bread we paid for. Probably because flirting and texting was more important then doing their job.
I’ve been to blaze Pizza so many times, and the food itself is delicious. This certain time I went all of the tables were clean. None of the tables are dirty in the attendant to all of the people who are ordering. I stood patient, and it was kind of packed. But I was still able to have a good experience. It was raining outside, so I didn’t sit outside. A seat opened up, in my order was ready The food was amazing, and you should try the blood orange lemonade, I always have a good experience at blaze. And LeBron James is a genius for investing in this company. If you want good pizza, come to blaze Pizza
This evening my wife, son and I came in to blaze, just to share a pizza. Though the staff hide their hands full with people ordering dinner, coming from Christmas shopping, I can say with confidence everyone’s met with a great attitude. A particular gentleman by the name of Jay not only took the time to remake our pizza after there was a minor mistake just before serving. He sped up the process to make sure that we were satisfied. He even double checked along the way, to make sure that everything he was making the pizza with met our specific needs and accommodations. We will definitely be recommending blaze to friends in the area! Thank you all!
