The food and atmosphere are great. Very reasonably priced food which was better than the expensive breakfast we had at our hotel.

We stopped for lunch at the Beach Hut Deli in La Mesa. We shared a sandwich since they are good sized. Several choices of beer. Comfortable seating and good service.

Had the 6 inch meatball sandwich! Plenty of meatballs with melted cheese ! Very delicious and plenty of it! I could only eat half of this delicious sandwich took the rest home for Lunch tomorrow!
