Liked the interior and the service was great. I’ve been here several times. Maybe thebest side salad I’ve ever gotten. The burger was excellent as were the Mac & cheese bites. The fried pickles were not crispy and we after trying them was didn’t eat them. Maybe they should have sliced them the other direction. Loved the Margaritas. We also have had their Brussel sprouts and they were great. Give them a try.
Absolutely terrific! Service was excellent. Great personalities and the atmosphere was fun. We loved sitting in the shaded patio out back! I ordered the Teriyaki and it was so good and so filling! It came with so much as you can see from the picture. Everyone else's food looked equally as amazing. I got to eat the leftover half of my friends California Burrito and it was also delicious! We walked back to our hotel along the shore.
My wife and I were looking for a dog friendly place to grab a nice simple meal and relax. We had a terrible experience. To start, the host at the front was very rude when we first arrived. After a brief wait, we shook that off and sat down for our meal. It was busy, and the service was pretty slow, but that was fine with us overall.Our waiter came and took our order. He was the one positive part of our experience. Answered questions and remembered our orders.Unfortunately our appetizer was brought to our closeby neighbors instead of us by a food runner. They looked confused, and speculated it was ours. We politely informed her that the app was ours, but she stormed off to the bar. I didn't think she heard us, so I called out to her to let her know again. She then yelled back at us very rudely she needed to check with the kitchen. We were stunned.About five minutes later, the same server ran up from behind me and basically threw the plate on the table and stormed off. The plate slammed on the table and shocked everyone. I've never seen such bad service and unprofessionalism from someone in any restaurant before.Finally, our food was sooo disappointing. The ingredients seemed very poor quality. We got fried chicken sandwiches, and the chicken was thinner than the pickles in most of the sandwich. It tasted like a white bread sandwich. It was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had.We were so disappointed and we felt compelled to leave this review.
Fun place. Good service. We had the tuna appetizer and Fonzi Burger. Both were great!! Hard to find a place to park but parked in the local neighborhood and enjoyed the scenery.
My friends love this spot! I'm not sure if it was what I ordered but the seared ahi tuna sandwich was absolutely terrible. I am giving it a 3 star because my friends really love this place and come often and their food looked really good and they do have a good vibe and the server was super nice. Based off my sandwich this is a 1 star. It was overcooked and couldn't even eat it. My friends also tried it and said it was terrible. Whatever you do, don't order the ahi tuna sandwich! ?
Excellent food selection. They add dried garbanzo beans to the roasted Brussels which give a great crunchy texture.
I work in the Pacific Beach (PB) area, have been going to Bayside for years, even when it was known as Big Kahuna's. Good food, good service, good people!

tomorrow is my birthday, I called a few days ago to reserve the space you have in the back. but today they called me saying that it is only possible to make a reservation with a minimum consumption of 500$. of course, the consumption of 20 people would be greater than that. On a Wednesday afternoon, I was going to take 20 people with me, and they want to demand 500$ consummation, in addition to being rude on the phone, the day before my birthday. Not just one customer, but all my guests.
December 2021:Stopped by for happy hour. For drinks, I had a delicious hazy IPA from Harland Brewing. I wanted to visit Harland but didn't have time on this trip. So I was happy to find a pint at Bayside Landing. There were actually 3 other IPAs that sounded great. But I in had room for one ?.For snacks, tried the General Tso cauliflower (SO GOOD ?) and the hummus plate.Overall, was very pleased with the drink and food here! Would definitely come back again.
