The banana royale with hot fudge, served over cookies and cream ice cream and chocolate, nestled under whip cream is sweet divinity. I ask for extra nuts because I like the crunch.I consider Baskin expensive yet, when the craving comes, I have to quelch it.A tip:You can get two different toppings like hot fudge and caramel.
I got a cappuccino blast and instead of being liquidy like it is at other Baskin Robbins stores, it was a very hard sludge that was nearly impossible to drink with a straw. When the cup was still nearly 2/3 full it became essentially ice. I had to wait a couple hours until it melted sufficiently to drink it, and it did not taste at all like the usual cappuccino blast's I get from Baskin Robbins. I suspect that the server did not use enough of the liquid mix as the taste was very "weak". Since all the Baskin Robbins locations should use the same recipe I am puzzled why this location can't deliver the usual BR quality. Hope they would improve because the location is convenient for me.
Went here the other day, and I don’t remember 2 ice cream cones being $8. But it’s ice cream, who cares right?

Very nice customer service. I really enjoyed there. I appreciate their work. They are very amazing and have really amazing customer service also!!!!
This would have received 5 stars except for the rude co-worker of an amazing employee who was helping me.Hope, who displayed exemplar customer service was in the process of ringing me up, when I decided to switch out cakes that were the same price.Suddenly, her co-worker asked if I minded that she ring up her customers because “they’re ready.”Of course I asked why was it necessary when the cakes were the same price. Needless to say she ignored me and canceled out my transaction.Again, Hope was very kind and helpful. Perhaps that is why I didn’t cancel the transaction all together.Unfortunately, the other employee needs a bit more training to understand that ALL customers deserve respect. I waited to be rang up when someone was in front of me and expect the same amount of courtesy in return.Anyhow, I will be contacting Debi the Manager to express my appreciation for Hope’s service, which is truly the only reason I’d ever return to this Baskin Robbins location.
I love ice cream and Baskin-Robbins is one of my favorites. I enjoy the world class chocolate. Only complaint I have is the prices! I was appalled at how EXPENSIVE A SCOOP of ice cream is!

Clean and great little location for a Baskin-Robbins. I just left there and would like to mention that Janaeb went above and beyond to help out. She drew dinosaurs on our cake for our 5 year old just because. Thank you much and it is people like you that make chain stores shine!
