As a diehard ice cream aficionado, it's become clear to me over time that Baskin Robbins' is genuinely underrated. The flavors are chock-full of goodies and rich without being sickly sweet. This is my go-to location and I've only ever received warm, prompt service from employees. Erica in particular is a gem! Lovely, thoughtful lady and the cakes she makes demonstrate impressive, meticulous artistry. LOVE HER ?

We had a gift certificate to spend here and decided to stop in after having lunch at Phil's BBQ nearby. The store is bright and clean with cone options clearly on display, which made it super easy to choose.There were a few flavors we were curious about, but due to the pandemic, they were not offering free samples. Boyfriend got the double scoop with cherries jubilee (his favorite) and the triple mango. The triple mango was absolutely superb and I highly recommend. I got a single scoop of the blackberry hibiscus. It's got a nice balance of the berry and sweet floral flavors with the hibiscus ribbon.There was plenty of booth seating inside and a few high top tables outside. Since masks were required inside, we enjoyed our ice creams outside. Overall, can't go wrong with ice cream!
Horrible customer service from Scotty and his male coworker. Had a bad experience twice and thought maybe they were having a bad day but the last time made me say never again. Rude comments calling us “tards” and overall nasty nasty attitudes. With the amount of complaints about Scotty I don’t know how something hasn’t been done after all this time.
horrible experience I’ve come to this location serval times now and the worker with the king ponytail always seems to have such low patience especially with my mother who doesn’t speak English well obviously I help her choose which flavor she’d like and he continues to ask me what flavors I’m getting when I’m explaining that I need a little more time and another time I had came with my daughter he had mimicked how another guy was speaking because he left the store angry which I assume was reasonable coming from that same worker with the ponytail, I genuinely can’t believe he’s still allowed to work here especially after reading more similar reviews about him.

One of the guys had a bad attitude and got bother when it started to get busy.
I wish I would have looked at the clerk's name badge who was working the closing shift on 7/15/21, because he was hustling!! You pretty much expect the same flavors at BR locations, so that's the same. But the service was excellent for a guy working the counter alone with a good amount of people that last hour. Props to him!This is a great location for parking, and there are outside tables to utilize.
