Great customer service, by the 2 gorges latinas working the line. The food is good, your average Chinese food, however does have large portions and that's a good deal.

Such horrible service the hispanic girl at the register was in a horrible mood they had just open so i dont understand why. i was polite and respectful and she said what do you want and rolled her eyes.i gave her a chance and started to order .. she grabbed her phone and texted. She put it down then said "WHAT!!" .Ok i get it you hate you job but dont take it out on the customer. I truly wanted to go off on the girl but i just turned around and walked out. I will never go there again ...

I ordered the noodles and teriyaki chicken. But it was awful. The chicken was swimming in a thick gooey sauce which I'm sure was heavily laden with sugar as it was sickly sweet. The noodles were wet and doughy and yucky. Any Panda Express that I've been to, runs circles around this cheesy place.
The employees were very helpful and attentive. There was more variety in the hot food than I expected. Looking at this place online, I assumed it was a made to order only place. When I placed my order online, I ordered from the website menu app. That food was made separate for my order from what I can tell. When I picked the order up I realized it was a hot buffet style food place too. The second time I went I got food from the hot line only. The food looks appetizing and tastes good as well. There are currently social distancing markers on the floor and the employee service area is separated with clear plastic to avoid contact with outside contaminants.
The food is delicious and they give large chunks of meat. However, the service was slow. This type of restaurant shouldn't make the customers wait more than 5-10 mins but the wait ended up being 25 mins. (There was a catering tray holding everyone up)But I do give praise to the employee who handled the snarky comments of a customer pretty well. The customer insisted on speaking Spanish at an Asian restaurant despite initiating the conversation in English herself and just assumed the cashier speaks Spanish. Then went on about how she loses money (delivery people lose money when waiting like this you know. es nada más que un comentario... para que sepas) and I thought the cashier handled it very nicelyGood food, good customer service but faster service time will be nice.
