They make it well and tasty. I am so happy that they have three locations in San Diego. Thanks for the quality and also offering Boba Tea!
Pad Thai was pretty alright, had good flavor but imo there wasn’t much spice in it. I did notice they didn’t have a spice meter on their menu, which I wasn’t a fan of but oh well.
Always love my comfort food dish. I get no spice green curry with extra sauce and always love it. I usually add chicken but had it with shrimp as well. Parking is a bit hard but I usually get lucky. The crew is nice and I also like eating here when time permits. It's convenient to take out and grab some wine or something in the convenience store. I love that! It's a hidden gem. Oh and the thai ice tea with little ice is always a winner!!
Disappointed with this place. I was looking forward to trying this place out due to reviews. However the service was terrible. I arrived at the restaurant shortly after opening. No other clients were present. Instead of greeting me happily, I was greeted with” it’s going to be at least 30 minutes for your order due to a larger takeout order that’s being prepared”. Everyone seemed flustered. It took 20 minutes to get a Thai Ice tea. I placed an order for drunken Thai noodles and asked for it to be spicy. It was prepared mild with absolutely no flavor. The noodles were thrown over the slices off beef that was clearly not sautéed with the noodles. That was a first for me. The drunken noodles included several vegetables. I been to Thailand several times and never had drunken noodles with 5 different vegetables. This is not traditional Thai. Drunken noodles should only include Basil, red peppers and green beans and the beef sautéed with the flavors. Disappointed ?. If you want good Thai food you are not going to find it in SD. Take a trip to SF.
Low key Thai spot in the heart of the hills. Good food made fresh to order in a family-owned restaurant chain. I’m hooked on their tom kah soup paired with Thai fried rice.
Good taste and big portions but some details missed the mark. Neither of our dishes were cooked with coriander (cilantro), my fried egg topping was so overcooked it was an omelet, and lemon wedges are certainly not authentic. Thai food should always come with limes!
I would leave 1 start but the food wasn’t horrible. It was ok. I get the whole concept, fast Thai, but still…. Curries are watery, not bad but not great. No a restaurant so please be advised. Serving sizes are small for the price. I wouldn’t recommend or come here again. The service was also 2 stars, the young man that helped us very indifferent and don’t dare ask for extra fork or anything because he will be very annoyed. Very disappointed since it had good reviews. Save your money, go elsewhere.
Wow did not even realize what I was walking into but right from the start we were greeted with kindness and patience. Ww decided to eat in. Great staff, vibe(music), menu prices and home cook top tier cooking!! Loved every bite and sip. Had the Thai style fried rice and both Tom yum and Tom kha with some iced coffee and boba ?? ? so good. Hope to come back anytime we are in town.
Food was great. The fried rice was spectacular, along with their ice coffee with boba(!!) 10/10 would recommend and am absolutely coming back for seconds.
Condensed menu of most well known Thai dishes in the back of a neighborhood convenience store. Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Call ahead and have it waiting by the time you get there. If you order in-store you can expect a 15 minute wait for your order during the evening. Pro note: their last call is at 840pm so keep that in mind for your plans.
