New ownership has done a fantastic job. The guy is super friendly and obviously passionate about making this place special. Prices are more than fair and service is very quick and easy. The spam musubis are killer. The chicken has gotten better because they stopped overcooking it and they are more generous with the teriyaki. The Korean short ribs are always a treat as well. Hoping to keep seeing these positive changes!
Great place! Been coming here for 20 years and even though it's under new ownership in terms of food you wouldn't know anything changed. New owner is great! He definitely is a breath of fresh air & to that end breathing new life into this iconic establishment. ??? I for one will be coming back more frequently. Arigato! ?
Love this place!! Great food at reasonable prices. Many yummy heathy choices. I Love their teriyaki sauce which is not sweet but incredibly tasty. Be aware it's mainly a take out place....only 2 tiny tables outside and a counter with swivel chairs inside.
The food is amazing and the customer service is perfect. You can immediately tell that the food and the customer is all that matters! If you love Korean and Japanese food this hidden gem is a must!!
Chicken is perfectly grilled and amazingly tender. The spam and masago musubi is so good but the peanut sauce stole the show! Amazing food and will eat here any time I’m around
LOVE this place!!! Such good chicken curry and udon. It’s a family business, the man at the counter is SO kind. His mom made us a complimentary kimchi from scratch which was SO sweet. When we ate it all, she made us more. Just the best experience.
Got the Chicken Teriyaki Sushi, the Boston Roll, and the Korean BBQ ribs platter. The food was delicious and the fish was fresh: did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Will be going again!

Been looking at this place for about 10 years now and finally decided to try it out. I got the superbowl special platter and was super impressed. Fantastic plate and large portions. I'd definitely come back to try out more of the menu. Customer service was really nice too.
I’ve been coming here since I was to young to even remember with my parents. As a born and raised SC local, I can say this has always been in my top 5 favorite places to eat in town. The food has always been amazing, and served with care. Just found about new ownership, and the food is still equally as good if not better. The beef was tender, juicy, and fresh when I got it. The man that served me was friendly and courteous. I couldn’t be any happier with the folks that took over this beloved establishment. Best Asian fusion around hands down. Would give a 10 star review if I could.
