Quite unacceptable that this Starbucks ran out of whipped cream considering that they charge $ 4.80 for a small latte and target sells whipped cream.

If you like continuity, this may not be the place for you. I like the fact that each worker has their own variable in the syrup, caramel and other additions while still creating a strong shot of caffeine to boost your energy and get you through the 3PM lull.

This little Starbucks is one of the best kept secrets. Many of the Starbucks in town are hard to get in and out of located in tricky parking lots. And when you get in, they are busy and you wait awhile for your drink. This one inside Target is easy to get to and there's hardly ever anyone in line.
My friend said they've changed up their recipe and it used to taste more birthday cakey, which she preferred better. However, I liked the latte! I thought it would be super sweet considering the name, but it wasn't an overpowering amount to sugar. I could still taste the coffee and my morning quench was satisfied. The latte was so pretty and full of rainbow happiness!
