Omg this place was incredible ? They have a great happy hour menu that we took advantage of and it didn't disappoint!First of all they were really friendly and had a great vibe. I loved that they brought complimentary tortillas and dips.We had the loaded fries and they were AMAZING, stacked high with great flavours. The margarita flight was also really cool and tasty. And all on the happy hour for great value.This is a must visit!
Our very first time and it definitely won’t be our last time. First impressions are Always the BEST!! Starting with Natalie… for the first person you see… she is , by far, the best person to have standing at the desk! We asked her for her favorite recommendations and she delivered!!! To start off… chips, soFresh and warm… complete goodness…the bean dip and salsa, tasted soHomemade!!! The shrimp ceviche… Hands-down the absolute most freshest ceviche I have ever experienced in my lifetime! I took Natalie’s recommendation and went with the chicken enchilada with green sauce… My husband ordered the chili Colorado … everything was SO GOOD…THE SERVICE WAS EXTRAORDINARY!!! From Natalie, to our waiter George, who was so friendly and SO good at what he does.. to our sweet bus gentleman..WE highly HIGHLY recommend coming here!! You won’t regret it!! Definitely, if it’s nice out… sit outside!! I recommend everything on the menu!!! Save room for dessert!! We didn’t and we will go back for it. Thank you for an overall phenomenal experience.

Do yourself a favor and eat here! The food and drinks were so good, I didn’t want to leave. We ordered the margarita flight, calamari, seafood enchiladas, and butter cake with chocolate mousse and vanilla ice cream. WOW, just WOW! Great service all around.
If you are interested in some unique Mexican cuisine. Sol Agave is your place. Every dish we tried was delicious.They bring warm chips and a grilled pepper salsa along with a bean dip that is delicious.Setting / ambiance: lovely tile and lighting and woodwork.Staff: very responsive and helpful. The music was a bit loud when we came in and no one else was in the restaurant and we asked them to turn it down and they did.Must try:Creamy Jalapeño soup - honestly, I was not really expecting to love this but it was so creamy and good and had a lot of jalapeño flavor without burning my lips off.Guacamole trio: pictured here with the Fried plantain chips. This was a great way to try guacamole in a couple of different styles including one with lobster and one with pork. All were deliciousLobster enchiladas: you had me at lobster but honestly sauce on these enchiladas stole the show. We were dipping everything into the sauce including the chips on the table just to get it in our mouth.
If you dine at a Mexican restaurant and the chips and salsa are no bueno, chances are the food would suck too. Not the case with Sol Agave! The chips were delicious as were both the salsa and bean dip.Two of us both tried the Agave salad with chicken - also absolutely delicious! The presentation was really attractive and they used a variety of greens and etc that made it simply perfect. The chicken was all breast, seasoned to perfection, and very juicy - actually, I couldn't finish all the chicken; very generous portion.The only drawback was that both doors were open and it's only 58 out.... we both froze. Will definitely come back when the weather is warmer.
Fantastic mexican food. Great service and very pretty restaurant. The margarita flight was mango, tamarind, waterme, and cucumber. It was tasty and full of tequila. Small enough for two.
The margarita flight is a must do. Paired it with fajitas and it was all amazing. George F. gave us the best service along with food and drink (shot) recommendations. Definitely recommend this spot.
My first visit here and I was very impressed not only with the great customer service we received from the entire staff but the great atmosphere. I only tried one of their appetizers and a couple of Margarita Flights (I went in for a quick bite) I can't wait to come back and have Dinner here.
