I went to Sancho's for the first time today, and I can't believe what I've been missing. I got the carnitas burrito, and the flavor was incredible. It was was large, packed with grilled meat and everything in there was really fresh. I honestly couldn't ask for a better burrito. I actually enjoyed this meal more than I do sometimes from the other local spots I've been going to for years. They have a great selection of salsas. I didn't care for the sweeter spicy salsas, but I could literally drink bottles of the others. Also, the service was great, very helpful and friendly. They also brought my food out quickly despite being super busy.
I really enjoyed how the place is decorated. Great place to eat and enjoy a cold one. Friendly service, clean place. I ordered a carnitas burrito...good flavor it's was brought to me nice and hot with there green salsa. Delicious!! I would definitely recommend.

Very cool Chicano vibe and the breakfast burritos were amazing and not sloppy or greasy at all. The flavors of salsa were top notch and the ingredients were all fresh! Food was made on spot.My wife and I were impressed and happy to have experienced this place!
One of the coolest places I have been inside of in a long time and the food was amazing. Out of the 5 meals ordered in our vehicle, everyone was blown away and were eager to return soon.
The nicest people work here. DELICIOUS fresh food too! Portions are plenty. Variety of salsa to choose from. Lots to choose from on the menu. Patio is awesome to sit out on and especially to watch the sunset over the ocean is a plus but people not only return for the great food but THE BEST service. It’s one of our favorite spots to come to in the beautiful beach town of San Clemente.
Excellent tacos, right sized and full of flavor. We tried the Carnitas (Fierolo), shrimp, OG, and Surf & Turf, and all were amazing. Ask for the hot and/or Chipotle sauce for the extra kick
Huge portions, incredible food and really nice employees. I was craving Nachos on a road trip, and all the Mexican food places in the area were either closed or seemed way too fancy know how to Nacho. For $10, I got a giant serving of carnitas nachos. I decided to get their Asada Fries too. A heavenly choice that leaves me with a days worth of leftovers for tomorrow ☺️Take a look at the artwork along the walls by Koolhand Luke - beautiful bright paintings that bring the place to life.Beers, alcoholic seltzer’s and Sanchez Tacos merchandise available. Plenty of parking in the lot.
Delicious tacos with a funky atmosphere! The special "chubby sauce" that comes on most items is a sweet sort of white sauce. My dining partner loved it, but it was too sweet for my taste. I got several tacos. They are street taco size for around $3/each. I got the chicken, the carnitas, and the beef. The carnitas were hands down the best! Juicy, flavorful, and the pork complemented the sweetness perfectly. To be honest, the food didn't really scratch the itch I had for Mexican. I think I was looking for something a bit more traditional. But the atmosphere was so fun, the location is nice (you can see the ocean from the deck) and the flavors were interesting. I would recommend to friends.
craving something special that has an extra unexpected wow factor? found it! crazy great mixes of deliciousness. vegan tacos to surf and turf burritos... they will surprise u with some menu options, but the taste is what will raise those eyebrows! the flavors explode in your mouth with the harmony of authentic recipes with tongue goes wild unexpected sauces... request your drinks with your food up front because they don't have waitress table service once u have placed your order, but once u order... wonder out to the patio and enjoy some San Clemente ocean vibes while u eat. so worth it!
