An"Americana" type sit down diner. Notwithstanding the shortage in staffing and supply chain issues, this once friendly and fun spot has been hit and miss in the food prep area. The flavor and presentation could use attention. Our party of 6 ordered 3 different types of burgers. I ordered the original burger and it was prepared to my liking yet it was flavorless, including the lettuce and tomato. The shoestring-esque fries were crispy outside and tender inside, nicely salted, and non-greasy. One of my companions had the kids hotdog and was served plain, the sausage was split down the middle and super hotdoggy in flavor. The hotdog flavor was overwhelming even after dressing it up with ketchup & mustard. The outdoor seating is great and generally packed. Their peak hours are long along with an equally long wait. Slowly working my way through the menu in hopes of finding the dish they excel at and so far, no luck. The restrooms need attention on a regular basis and in consideration of how busy this place gets, having sufficient staff to double team tables and bus in proper timing would help bring this place back to its pre-pandemic fun & friendly status. I understand there is a shortage of staffing and supply chain issues at many restaurants, and I hope this place will recover over the next few months. Eat at your own tolerance level of the food and atmosphere. See y'all on the byways of the foodiliscious highways.
The service was not good. Had to get up and find my own napkins. Our waitress rarely came by to our table but the table behind us was well attended too. The food was good and atmosphere was nice.
Went to this place and ordered shrimp tacos as we usually do. The waitress said they had, even though it wasn't on the menu, but after 5 minutes, she came and said they didn't have. So I ordered breakfast, the utensils came wrapped in a napkin and the fork was dirty with egg. The scrambled eggs I ordered were greasy and had not been beaten. And to complete the disappointment with this place, the restroom was nasty.
Beautiful atmosphere, kind staff, mediocre food.Reasoning for 3 stars was because it was very slow at the time we came in, and our server (although very nice) rarely came out to the front. It was tough to wave him down for anything.No one was at the front desk when we arrived and we waited a while for a worker all the way in the back to notice us.Additionally, there was lipstick on the coffee mug that was given to me. Despite the restaurant its self looking clean, the mug and utensils were not.It was okay, but I don’t plan on coming back.
Great choice for a hungry family. This place is very kid friendly. The kids get a cool fold out hot rod to keep them busy while they wait for their food. Food is good too!

Amazing food. Got the tuna sandwich with crispy green beans. Large portion sizes, good prices and loved the food - super fresh. Waitress was very friendly - enjoyed this restaurant a lot!
That the customer service does not go down. I like the treatment they offer to the client. I will return with my wife. She loves breakfast and the treatment of the very friendly and attentive waiter. Thank you for the service.
Came here for lunch just before Xmas . Had a patty melt and turkey sandwich. The fries were stone cold. The Patty melt had the smallest piece of dry burger imaginable barely any onion, gross. The turkey sandwich was meh. Server was good, host was a little rude. Won't go back.
