Any time we are passing by San Clemente we have to stop here! Inviting and clean dining room. The owner/staff is courteous and friendly. We absolutely love this Round Table! Their wings are the Best Ever and the Pizza is delicious! Easy parking and fun games for the kids. We love this location!
Hi Neighbors/Community!I felt compelled to express my discomfort with the hostile phone call I just endured when calling Round Table Pizza. Typically, I would address this to the business entity, but uh, it's a bit complicated, so i am writing to my community instead.Please consider this before using your purchasing power at this restaurant.Basically this is what happened:I went online and my mobile device was not working with their website order form, so I decided to call instead. I called and a lady answered the phone. I introduced myself and asked to place an order for takeout. I mentioned one of the specials I could see online and the lady continued to take my order. I provided my address for delivery and she immediately and suddenly shouted at me -- I still don't know what compelled the nice lady on the phone to begin yelling at me, then to further compound my confusion she began saying I could not have delivery because I had to bring "AN ID FOR PROOF AND YOUR CREDIT CARD" (yes shouting, hence the caps) then promptly ended the call before I could respond, let alone figure out why I was the target for her rage. I decided to call back and try again (maybe it was just a bad moment). The phone rang and I asked if I could place an order -- I then became a confused and now verbally berated customer -- I asked to speak with the manager in a level tone and she slammed the phone to hang up on me after shouting "I AM THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER!"I sat there, ear ringing. I mean, I moved to this area recently, this was a sh*tshow. Like I'm not sure why anyone would deserve such terrible treatment but I honestly have no clue as to why I would be the target here.I didn't get pizza tonight lolI truly hope this review helps you decide to use your purchasing power and not spend your hard earned dollars here. Like anywhere else is fine, there is a Round Table Pizza (if you have the desire) on Golden Lantern that (bonus!) doesn't verbally abuse their customers over the phone for ordering pizza at a pizza restaurant. The audacity.Tl;Dr just go to another place, this restaurant is a terrible place to spend your money. Go anywhere else.
Amazing pizza and just the most wonderful staff, such hard working and genuinely good people.
Went in with my son today to grab a pizza on my way home from work and service was amazing from Gitti! Pizza was delicious and super fresh as always plus got a free pizza for my bday. Thank you!!
The own is terrible. We sat in the lobby waiting for our pizza just to listen to her yell at her workers. She is extremely mentally abusive to her workers. We won’t be ordering from here again.
The owner is super friendly, the pizza is excellent - but beware about other customers (the slobs) during dinner rush. Certainly not the staff's fault. People are just pigs!
Went there didn’t before they closed they were super welcoming and never rushed us to leave. Also there pizzas are of the best. I’ve had been to NY and Chicago and they are known for there specialty’s pizza however Round table pizza is even better then what I’ve had in NY and Chicago. ????????
Great Pizza and wings for my kids. Fresh salad for me. Very friendly staff that appreciates our business rather than acting like they are doing us a favor. Refreshing. They deserve your business.
Worst Experience ever, i placed an order and the male employee i was speaking to told me everything was good and my payment went thru. I get a call back within 5 min from the manager a woman saying i didnt give them all the card information when the previous employee said my card went thru already. She screamed at me and said she was canceling my order. and then hung up on me. I keep calling back to place my order and she hung up on me . I called 15 times and every single time she hears my name she hangs up on me! If i had an option i would put no stars at all. Worst experience ever
Very clean restaurant and great pizza. They were open for dine in. Love the 80's music and classic arcade games. So nostalgic and brings back great memories for us. Just the way I remember Round Table. Glad we stopped here on our travels.
