Ordered online at 8:45pm; website said delivery was available at this location until 9pm. Credit card was CHARGED. Store employee called and said they STOPPED delivering at 8:30pm, and EVEN THOUGH my card was CHARGED, REFUSED to DELIVER me my order.When I requested the employee's name, she refused to give me her name and said she would also NOT let her manager give me her name.I did not raise my voice nor did I at any point use profanity. The 'employee 'said she would not give me her name, BECAUSE i was not being 'nice,' for threatening to file a complaint, with Corporate.Beyond DISAPPOINTED. I'm ONLY sorry I cant give this location ZERO stars. I NEVER write reviews, but it is FRAUD to charge your credit card and NOT deliver what you paid for.

Every time I order for either delivery or pick up, the people are very nice!!! Even though I've been able to tell they were understaffed, the cashier was kind and had a smile on (even if I couldn't see it,I could feel it). Thank you for feeding my family on days where life is just too crazy to make a home cooked meal!
Very strange odd manager working here he does very rude things like write messages on his blackboard out front saying people can't use their cell phones in the store. He likes to tell you how much you saved with your coupon to try to make you feel guilty. If you say something he doesn't like he gives you dirty looks.THIS MANAGER WILL MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE 100% GUARANTEED!!!I will never go back to this Papa John's... ever....I would also like to mention the Papa John's has changed its recipe they are drowning the pizza in too much sauce and they've cut the size of the crust in half... Absolutely appallingly disgusting...Papa John's will go out of business in the next few years the pizza is absolutely terrible anymore

We ordered via online which stated approximately 30 minute delivery time, but after 50 minutes still no pizza. They claim their driver is due back in 10 minutes hopefully. No one was willing or even attempted to make it right. They preferred that I cancel the order rather than attempt customer service. Ridiculous!!!! Poor management and poor manager. Don't bother ordering....call Dominos
