Panera is great for a sandwich and salad. We had a good meal. Always consistent. The Team at this location is friendly and efficient.
i called them at around 6:30 because i had ordered doordash with them and it said it would come at 8:00 and they said they would make the order come faster, but it’s 7:30 and i haven’t gotten my order or had someone answer the phone for panera.
The worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had , tasted like cardboard . Even the creamy tomato soup was not the same . Total waste of my time & $25 price for food
My family ordered take out tonight and I had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. The bread was dried out, the tomatoes were soggy and old tasting and the chicken salad portion was maybe a tablespoon and that’s being generous. I’m so tired of having bad food when it’s ordered to go. Sadly this has happened more than once
I never go here but the gentlemen at the counter was really friendly. He mentioned to me that my food would come out down at the other end of the building but I still managed to mess that up ?
The person that took the order was rude. The order was incorrect (ordered a bread bowl and got a bag of chips instead), went back in to get a 2nd breadbowl and then was informed that they don't have anymore breadbowls, so they offered another bag of chips... that bag of chips had a hole in it like it was chewed through by a rat and to top it all off, there's no utencils. This is what NOT TRYING looks like. I'll never waste my money at a Panera bread again.
I used to enjoy Panera Bread (long time ago). But it's the 3rd time that I haven't. It depends on which one you go to. But now I can't risk going to any. The person taking orders looks and sounds stressed out. They said it's a 30 minute wait, just so it could be given to me incorrectly. I told the employee my order, but they failed at taking it. It's not worth the amount of money you spend on it. The quality is poor for the high cost. Something's gotta give.
Nice afternoon break for goodies. Lunch and dinner, plenty of good choices and healthy!

I use to work at panera bread many years ago, but this one is by far the worst I've been to. Took 30 minutes to pour a cup of soup and make a sandwich... we used to have a police which was order would be ready no later than 5 minutes. On rushes possibly 10. I really recommend a change of staff/ Management or atleast more appearances from regional managers.
