Fast, friendly, great service. Manager came in in the morning, and saw staff was swamped. Immediately got behind till and started taking orders without asking questions to staff who are clearly busy. Manager went around refilling coffees, filling empty condiments, and greeting customers at counter when they noticed staff overwhelmed with orders. Gentleman who was cleaning the women’s bathroom, was quick, polite, and bathroom was spotless. Hot, fresh, nicely prepared food with great staff!
Sorry for the bad rating I tried to apply for a maintenance job there in San Clemente on Pico first the person that was supposed to interview me was not there ( or so I was told) then some girl interview me said that they did not hire girls for that position and then told me that they did not have the position open? Why do you put an add then? Or yes also the cashier lady screamed at me for sitting where an other staff told me to sit. Yes that is pretty much a zero. But I like the fries and the vanilla soft ? ice cream when they are not cleaning the machine.
Literally the best McDonald's in Southern California. Always hot, fresh, and crazy fast.
Food was okay....fries were cold....burgers were great....Got 2 Happy Meals and 2 extra burgers.... we're used to McDonald's not being the greatest food ever, but it took almost 20 mins to bring my order out to me at curbside pickup...it was WAY FASTER to go thru the drive-thru....but I had already put it for curbside pickup.... anyways it is what it is

Ordered a double cheeseburger, 6 piece chicken nuggets and small fries. They gave me the deal on the McDonald’s app with no problem. All the food was ready in a few minutes and no issue with the service, order and the food was very warm.
Showed up about 11pm on a Sunday trying to grab a coffee for the drive home. Place looked absolutely deserted, back door was hanging open, shady and out of order drive thru. Very very creepy vibe and we got out of there as soon as we ascertained no one had actually been shot moments prior. Did not look like a clean respectable Mickey D’s.
They gotten my order wrong plenty of times. The person at the window never gives you the sauce that you ordered and they definitely don’t automatically ask you if you would like a catch-up even if you ordered french fries. It should be automatic. Don’t be so stingy. Also take a look at what qualifies for a full thing of fries these days…. I swear I eat two or three on the way home maximum no BS
Lobby was closed. Drive thru was busy but they did a great job handling it.
Tried to take a quick stop to get some coffee my mom wanted. I entered the first driveway and ended up in the drive thru lane. Although there are two Lanes, you are unable to pass until a certain point, by then I decided to just stay in the drive thru.Fast and quick once order was put in.
