Jersey Mike's let's you customize you sandwiches the trick is to know what your doing. There are things you can ask for like gutting the bread or getting Mike's way with light mayo no cheese! ? Healthy Amazing!

One and only experience included employees somehow getting our order wrong despite us being right there. We asked for and paid for bacon but received none. To boot, paying for and being prompted to tip on food that has yet to be prepared is obviously not a good model. Shared experience via website feedback and heard absolutely nothing. Two other friends had same experience with feedback. Jersey Mike's message - We don't care, we just pretend to care by putting a feedback form on our website that we don't read nor reply to. Tip: Boar's Head deli at Ralph's blows this place away in food quality, service, and price.
