Staff is not friendly or customer service appropriate at all! They threw my food on the counter and walked away, when I asked if it was my food I couldn’t hear anything the grumpy old lady was saying. So my food sat on the counter until it was mostly called before she was very rude and told me this is your food!!!
It was ok. The man at the window was nice. Food was only so so.
They don't have enough staff so they just randomly close... I was in the parking lot and the employees just put tape up to prevent more cars from coming through. I don't blame them just the management.
Why advertise that you are open 24 hours when you are not. Nothing worse than showing up in the middle of the night and finding it closed.
I love Jack in the box and have been to many all over the country, but this one is possibly the worst. I won't give it a 1 or 2 because I got edible food, but this place appears filthy from what I could see while in the drive through, including the counter and window. Then there is the staff, very, hit and miss. Frequently rude. I always get the homestyle chicken sandwich with curly fries! HINT: ask for a side of the southwest dressing instead of ranch!! This location is great because they are open very late and they are consistently good. They aren't stingy with the sauces. My only complaint is that they are often very slow here
Poor customer service. They dont open lobby for customers
Post your real hours so we aren't driving out if our way to your closed store 3 hours early!
Extremely rude can clearly tell they hate there job with absolutely no customer service skills specifically heavy set female manager
Well.. its fast food, what do you expect, food was actually made wrong, sourdough jack was not toasted, was given this soft sandwich that was supposed to be a sour dough jack, service at the window was very rude when I asked for ketchup, manager rolled her eyes gave me 5 packets of ketchup and said "can I get you anything", yes you can an attitude adjustment and please know you've lost my business ?
This Jack in the Box has the most amazing site if you are driving between San Diego and LA. It's almost on the five freeway but also catches a nice breeze off the ocean. It's drive through only now, like post apocalyptic style but that means the parking lot is empty. Can't believe I haven't given this spot a shot before this week. The food was just ok, curly fries were obviously old and the burger was also just ok, like compared to the same items I've eaten at different jack in the boxes.
