Just moved back in the area and I was glad this was still here. Food was very good and so was the coffee. We will definitely be coming back.

Wait staff was rude and short. Showed up an hour and 15 minutes before close and the waiter sighed when a friend asked for blueberry syrup for her pancakes. I didn't think it was to crazy of a request.

Maybe it's the sign of the times but I felt it has become way overpriced for what you get. On the positive side, it's always easy to get in here.

I don't need to tell you about the food. It's an IHOP, 'nuff said. The wait staff is super nice there, and food arrives quickly. Excellent breakfast... if you like IHOP.
