I tried to apply here because I saw they needed the help because they only had a few people working there. They closed at 10 pm (even though their sign said they are open 24 hours a day), and then when I went to give the manager my application, before I was 10 feet away in the parking lot from the manager digging through the trunk of her car I said excuse me?, and she yelled at me not to sneak up on her.Like I didn’t wanna work for someone so rude anyways. Also the light in their sign went out and now reads “Den Y’s” it reminds me of “a den of theives”. Also the people there don’t have enough people to be running that business and left me hanging when I wanted a refill due to not enough workers, and they simply gave me poor customer service, and talked about me negatively behind my back.I regret tipping them to say the least.

This Denny's is perfectly average. The place is pretty clean, not to my standards, but fine. the service is pretty good, not great, but fine. Parking is easy and free in their lot. No one wears a mask, no one cares. I am not surprised, we are in San Diego County. This Denny's is older than many we have in Los Angeles and if you are from out of the Country, Denny's is really just a diner that has okay food. Some are much better than others. This one is fine. Just be mindful of what you order. Stick with their breakfast and you will be fine.We were seated very fast and someone came to get our drink order. Our server was very nice and we liked him. We got coffee and a Sprite for my grandson. All was fine.We ordered our meals. I went with breakfast because that is what they do best. My husband ordered steak with his breakfast, steak and eggs--mistake. My grandson ordered a burger--huge mistake. My eggs and pancakes were good. They came as ordered and I have no complaints. My husband's T Bone steak was just awful. It was ever so thin and cooked poorly. He ordered it medium rare, it came very well done. My grandson's burger was so burnt it was not eatable. Our nice server brought another one, not as burned, but not good. He did not eat it and we just shared my food. Their fries were terrible. The coffee was good, but don't expect them to refill and when you ask you will be waiting.I have never seen a burger so burned. So, order that and yes, they are going to burn it at this San Clemente Denny's. The server told us later that all are well done so no one will get sick. They are right, if you don't eat it, the burger is sure not going to make you sick. They clearly have no trust in their supplier or their methods of handling meat. But all in all, it was fine. The server was very nice.

Stopped by for take out on the way somewhere and service was great fast and efficient and I tried the cookie with ice cream on top and it’s like almost a thick cookie cake but not as soft as cake and it was soooo yummy

This is simply for horrible customer service by a women that wears a white t-shirt so I'm assuming she is a manager. We came in and my daughter asked about sitting at breakfast bar. She ignored my daughter's request and stated they were busy and needed to wait. Minutes later she allows a man to just sit there without a problem. I'm glad I'm just driving by and I won't be back. Horrible customer service. Rude women. And if you're a supervisor you should be ashamed of your attitude towards people.

My wife and I were standing by the front kiosk waiting to be seated for 30 minutes without any employees even coming over to us. Finally someone came over and said they wouldn’t seat the 2 of us because there was a party of 5 waiting to be seated. There were multiple tables open with utensils on them available to be seated. My wife and I left immediately because of how poor the experience was just to get seated.

8 tables are full. With 11 tables open . With on one setting at the bar . Server said it will take an hour to be seated. We are the only ones here waiting. With two servers working tables . Son is falling asleep. I watched two other people leave because the service said it was one hour a week I guess Danny’s does not want customers to serve.

Eggs Benedict has this gross cheese sauce on. Yuck. Pot roast was full of fat. I’d recommend skipping this dennys. Dirty floors and food leaves something to be desires

We stopped at this Denny's on our way to drop off our son at Camp Pendleton, service was good and she (waitress) was nice, our breakfast was tasty. ??

I sincerely thank God for directing me to such a legitimate expert trader called Emily
