Bad service and questionable freshness of the food. The chicken bowl I ordered was prepared and packaged but the cashier decided to step away and fulfill the orders of the next four people behind me while I waited at the register. I had to wait another 7 to 8 minutes. That’s BS! Worse yet is food has given me diarrhea the last two times I’ve been there. Will never go there again.
This is a favorite quick lunch spot of mine in San Clemente. It is close to the freeway for easy access if you are passing through. I can always count on chipotle for consistent food quality. My favorite thing to get is a veggie salad. The servings are so big that I get an extra guacamole on the side and share it with my daughter. This is one of my favorite healthy vegetarian meals I get away from home.
Always fresh and tasty. You get to select what items you want in your burrito, bowl or taco. Great food at a reasonable cost.Friends came "home" to CA for a visit. They do not have Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hawaii and this was on their must-go-to while here. We actually went twice in the week that they were here!

This Chipotle location was one of the best locations I have ever visited. I liked the lighting and the fact that my girlfriend and I got to enjoy 3 tacos and chips and guac for the price of around $8. 10/10 would recommend if you are in San Clemente
